It’s never open 24 hours a day .. always closed after midnight and till or after 4 am.Don’t believe the operation hours posted
The staff there is nice and tries there best but.. closing the store from 12-330am is completely ridiculous!! Your losing hundreds of customers a week. And it’s not even always closed. One night is is then next it isn’t. For a week it is one night it’s not. 24 is your listed hours. You don’t respect your customers at all. When we walk up confused your employees just ignore us. As if this is normal when it’s not. You want to close. Try 330-6. If you have to close at all.But to close your store at 12 am when some people work late! Is just inappropriate.
Worst customer service from Honk (manager) I ask for a 3 for 3 deal and I first paid then I grab my drink as am walking out mr.Honk wanna yell at me that he didn't charge for drink. Won't be coming back. Poor very poor customer service. Before I left he said "all customers complain". If they complain is for one reason you and your attitude
I understand closing the store.... But the gas pumps are still open and the store clerk should still help with that at least. I gave Chevron my money instead because you're employee absolutely did not even want to help me just get gas. I didn't even want to go in the store. I just wanted gas!
