My experience with Menchies Frozen yogurt has been excellent all these years. Today 6/25 after 12pm,I decided to try out yogurt land at the Renaissance Market and I had the worst experience ever. The cashier was unbelievably rude for every question that I asked her. She also had an attitude like someone who did not like her job.Somebody better talk some sense into her and give her some retraining and a warning before you lose all your customers.

The yogurt was delicious but the grimy chairs, floor, bathroom door etc.were not acceptable.

I would not recommend this store. Filthy, empty dispensers, cones and cups out so people can pick them up and put them back. I could go on. Sent 2 emails and called corporate and no response. Don't go there.

I used to love Yogurtland, but now it seems they don't try to upkeep their reputation anymore, I've noticed this from other locations as well. They still have a great selection of yogurt flavors but the yogurt doesn't come out a frozen anymore, its drippy and basically melting by the time you're paying. I used to love their cheesecake bites but when I was trying to serve it, the spoon was basically a ball of cheesecake and the bites didn't taste good, it actually threw off the flavor of my yogurt. The toppings area was a bit messy and the toppings are mixed which is not good because if you're allergic to peanuts you might get one on your strawberries. Unfortunately I'll need to find a new place for my future sweet tooth because this is not it.

Sign says they close at 10pm... But told we couldn't go in at 9:40pm because they're closed. And the sign says open....

I usually enjoy this store but today was weird. Right.after coming in the store one of the ladies working there asked me to close the door as they wanted to keep the foot traffic to the minimum. Then the yogurt had a different texture than usual. When I was trying to get toppings, the cashier was grabbing the fruit that fell on the separation between each deposits and putting them back in the clean fruit. Then she started to remove the fruit so people couldn't get all of the options. Service was not the best.

Last night I went in and the employees were nice and especially the employee name Genesis was very helpful with the machines trying to get us yogurt.

Went in today, and it was a mess. Most likely due to short staffing as I only saw one woman working. Machines were down and pulled out, and we can see everything going on in the back. Toppings were mixed, mislabeled and a mess. Tables were a mess. Even where you weigh your yogurt was messy. Overall, just walking into that, was enough for us to walk right out. It's a shame. As a company, please do better. And if your a customer, please learn to clean up after yourselves.

I try not to give 1 star reviews, specially during this time of short staffing but this is the one exception. We came in and immediately there was messes everywhere. I started pouring my froyo and the handles where super greasy and half of em where empty. No hand sanitizer around. Then all the ingredients where mixed into each other. It what made us leave was when a kid liked their hands and went and grabbed a candy serving spoon. Nobody said anything and we literally left our froyos behind and left queasy.

Yaaaaaaaassssss Yogurtland I absolutely love me some Yogurtland. I just enjoy everything about them the flavors, the customer service and the deals. On this particular day it was either the no weigh Wednesday or the BOGO yogurt day on Sunday. Don't cheat yourself but treat yourself to some Yogurtland today
