I came here today and was helped by Giovanni. he was extremely friendly and it was a great experience overall. Plus the wings were bomb!!! 10/10 for sure!!
Literally one of the worst Wingstop every time I order they never get it correct then they never answer the phone last time I ordered from them I went to pick up my food an they where working in a pile of water so disappointed in them ??
Placed a carryout order 02/18, 1130pm . Upon getting home I noticed all this grease on my bag. It ended up all over my table. I opened my box of wing and same story. Wings dunked in oil.
I had a horrible experience. I walked in and immediately was greeted by 2 cashiers with a nasty attitude. They had a very hostile demeanor to all the customers waiting for their orders. They also had their friends in the restaurant as well; 1 cashier in particular ignored customers to chat with her friends which appeared to be under the influence of something. They then proceeded to laugh at a customer because of the way his name was pronounced; this customer had a middle eastern name. That is highly disrespectful and discriminating to sat the least. I got my order and left hastly, as I didn't want to be there any longer than I had to. I wasn't surprised when I got home and realized my order was incorrect; my wings were also undercooked as well. The staff needs to get fired.
Cashier that took my order was super rude. If you don’t like customer service and/or talking to people, get a different job girl!!!!!! When i got my food the wings were super dry. Overpriced for sure.
Not only did I get less wings that what I paid for. The food was cold and the fries tasted old.
HORRIBLE AND WORST WINGSTOP EVER I said boneless and they gave me bone which triggered me so bad . The corn had no seasoning at all and gave me some dry left over fries like a white person msde em save your money and time dont go here please everyone Deserves to get fired in that place and burn in another
I should've listened to the reviews and I don't eat out unless I really crave a good sauce. There was literally no sauce so just please order elsewhere, don't waste your money.
They never answer the phone and when they do they keep you on hold for a long time , hang up on you or tell you there not taking phone orders the staff there is horrible !!!!
My friends were all burned maybe the left overs of the day ?
