Poor customer service and they don't cook or season the chicken well.
I spoke with Nat over the phone regards my DoorDash order and she was super sweet and helpful! I wish there were more people that provided excellent customer service like she did. Thank you Nat !!! ❤️❤️❤️

Placed an order. Door dash was supposed to deliver on 72 minutes but they never did. They canceled my order without asking me. Nobody called me for directions! Waited for almost 2 hours just to get canceled on
normally they are so rude but i think her name is julie? shes such a good employee, so kind and she made sure my food was hot
I'm only making this review because I have gone twice and had issues both times. 1st time I ordered online for pick up and arrived customer service sucks they don't check well on the orders they just hand you anything so left my order was wrong had to drive back to get my right order.... 2nd time estimate time was not right but since I ordered online wasn't to worried customer service still sucked employees look miserable and don't even great you and dont really care who is next in line. You can be waiting in line for 5min and person walks in and still gets helped out first smh. Chicken feels dry and they need to work on there fries. I am no longer going I rather go to Buffalo wild wings and get better wings and fries there. They even have better customer service.

First time I've been to this Wingstop. Thought it was an outstanding experience. Food was prepared quickly and ingredients were Fresh. Worth giving it a Try you won't be disappointed ??
