I ordered a Large Vietnamese Iced Latte because it’s was my birthday. I was sure I had a reward because I get one every year. They made my drink but when I pulled up the Coffee Bean app there was no birthday reward. I showed them my app, my birthday was on my account, I showed them my drivers license to prove it was my birthday and showed them I had points from previous purchases and history so they didn’t think I had just download the app. They told me that they didn’t know why I didn’t have a QR code reward but that they couldn’t give me my drink which they had already made. They threw away my drink and told me to contact Coffee Bean online about my rewards.
I stopped by for an iced vanilla latte with almond milk and light ice since I had read the reviews about too much ice on drinks at this Coffee Bean location. I received extra ice instead. I returned to speak to the manager and my drink was nicely replaced. However, they gave me a hazelnut flavored latte with regular milk instead of my almond milk vanilla latte. Such a disappointment! As much as I love Coffee Bean at other locations, the next time I'm in Rialto, I'll stick to Starbucks.
Best iced blended drinks by far. Nobody can compare in the USA. In my opinion, although i have heard amazing reviews about Australian Coffee being superb comparatively speaking. Would love to have opportunity to try Aussies coffee..

Was nervous to try this place because I drink Starbucks almost every day. was surprised at how amazing the hazelnut coffee was as well as a warmed up cheese danish I had for breakfast
Always get my drink right and of course always a great attitude in customer service. Love this place.
Took my daughter to get her a matcha tea and the car in front was having car issues. So the men workers ran out with a smile and came out to push. They were very happy to help not like other places they'll come out like forced but not them. Just for that I've been going back even if its out of my way. They are awesome. Helped my daughter create her order on whats best with what. Friendly, polite, fast service and they just do it all. ?
There cold brew with easy ice and oat milk us so good. Also, the vanilla bean cold brew latte with easy ice was good as wel.
This place always goes fast. And every time I go get something it's always accurate. Tastes way better than Starbucks
Excellent customer service i didn’t know what to get and right away she could tell. she started filling me in on what types of coffee they have and how there different instead of just giving me what I ordered that was nice. I ordered a caramel latte and I’m now obsessed with that drink once again thank you.
