I love subway, they have good food. The only reason why I gave this a 1 star is because of the one employee. I get customer can be too much when working in fast food, trust me I have plenty of experience working in fast food. Months ago, I walked in with my boyfriend asking for a tuna sandwich for me and a turkey sandwich for him. The lady that was working that day though I said turkey for both sandwich and I noticed and told her, “Oh, I’m sorry I said tuna for my sandwich.” I don’t know if she was mad already or the fact that I corrected her… but she said, “Well, I heard turkey for both.” When I heard that I instantly want to leave the store. The only reason I didn’t was because I didn’t want to seem rude and was nervous if she might said something if I left.I told my boyfriend that I never wanted to go back there again. Even to this day, I haven’t gone back because of the fear of getting her again.
I used to be a regular here as I live nearby. Today I walked in 30 minutes prior to closing time and I immediately knew I wasn't welcome. The lady behind the counter rolled her eyes so hard the moment I opened the door that I thought she had suddenly become possesses. I'm genuinely surprised by her reaction that she didn't just start stomping around like a toddler. She refused to look at my direction, so I asked are you open? No answer. I ask again, this time a reluctant yes. I just left, sorry to inconvenience you whatever your name was. I will never ever go back, I don't feel welcome and I'm sure the cashier wanted to stab me.edit: they close early constantly. this reaction was because they were rushing to close 20 minutes early
