I am a fan of Starbucks coffee and visit this particular spot every time I want there coffee. Normally I go through the drive through and have never had a problem. However today I went into the store. I was shocked at how FILTHY the store was especially the bathroom and floors throughout the entire place. It has me very concerned about what may be hiding in the back. I won’t be going back to that shop.
Definitely won’t be returning! All of my drinks had no flavor! Both of The açaí lemonade tasted like straight water and a hint of strawberry. Javachip frapp was the worst we’ve ever tasted! And the dragon fruit drink was down right flavorless! I’ll definitely be Sticking to the Starbucks on foothill and citrus!
Great customer service and like the girls say yummy cake pops that's the only time they will eat chocolate haha. We got matcha cream Frappuccino blended

The best customer service! Every single time I order something they're fast always would have smile and they make the drinks perfect as you request them especially one of the baristas she's very tall has like highlighted hair she's very nice and kind..
This place is too packed. There's always a huge line and so little workers. Why not hire more workers so the lines can move quicker.
I have seen few bad reviews for this starbucks mostly related to slow service or wrong order. My personal experience here is great, though because they all are warm and professional.
The app is always sold out of almost everything, I doubt they’re all out of every type of Frappuccino’s. Even worse is if you manage to order, online or not, it takes forever to get your food about 20 min minimum.
I wish this Starbucks was closer to my home. The in-door seating is wonderful, always clean, and drinks are made fast.
