My husband am I came here this morning. We usually go through the drive through but we wanted to sit and enjoy. We walked in and we were not greeted, there were about 5-6 employees and no customers in the dining area, no one in the drive through. The employees were all talking to each other. The girl at the counter never even acknowledged us and just kept talking. I really think customer service is a lost art and more companies need to make sure it’s their priority to train their employees to make sure the customer is welcomed and treated correctly!! We stood there for 2 minutes with no acknowledgement and walked out. Unbelievable!!!!!
Ugh..These employees are just there chit chatting.. they hand us our food disheveled . I had to ask for a napkin and straw specifically because I have to fix the San which myself when it only takes them a sec to do. Come on.I was a Starbucks manager and left for something better BUT I never let my employees slack off like this to wear it begins affecting a customers order.I’m not going out of my way to come to this Starbucks anymore. I’ll go to the one I pass when I leave my house
Definitely the worst Starbuck that I have been to. The o ky reason I bought from there is because I was going to go to Walmart and it was closer.I ordered online to get in and get out quickly, and even like that I had to wait for over 15 minutes. People that came in after me where put faster than me.Lastly, somehow all of my drinks were watery. They had made them, and instead of giving them to me, they had the drinks sitting on counter. I was waiting there the whole time and not once did they called my mobile order. It wasn't till I went to ask, that they decided to give them to me.The staff is very unorganized. Everyone is simingly doing something, but nothing gets done.Never going back to this Starbucks store again.
Definitely needs more Help , they bought out 7-11 milk supply and waited 30 minutes for two drinks , very unorganized and the store was dirty no counter wiped downs and fingerprints all over the Glass dividers Nasty !
Great location and the staff seems to do a constantly good job preparing their products. However, there are homeless people who frequent the immediate area.
Ordered a Venti White Chocolate Mocha inside, was in ans out within 5-6 minutes.
I asked for a pink drink with vanilla sweet cold foam and there was no cold foam and they take long in the drive-thru.
20 employees working for a nice 30 min cold brew. Manager was rude.
My drinks were good but they got my size wrong.
I love the girl have hair purple like pink is the best she make my orders correct and follow the instructions perfect ??
