We love to hit up Sonics for a slush in this summer heat. The drive thru line at this Sonic takes forever usually though. Like it feels like they help one car at a time before taking and completing the next order.We’ve learned the trick is to order through the app. Not only are drinks half price, but then you just show up and pull into a stall and check in. It’s much quicker and less stressful.

This evening, I ordered ahead via app for a 9:30pm pickup time. I checked in at 9:45pm and was told it was going to be “a little bit” as there is only one chef working. The staff was nice and was doing their best given how busy the location was tonight, but I always seem to be waiting well past the quoted time when I come to this location. I couldn’t cancel my app order in person and was told I’d have to call customer service for a refund which was frustrating. I finally received my food at 10:10pm and (incorrect) drinks at 10:15pm.

This is the worst sonic around. Do not come. Haven't been since Nov 2021. Nothing has changed, stalls are 45 minute wait, drive thru takes 30 mins. Decided to go inside this time, 1 door is locked the side door open. Already a customer complaining to a worker about missing items and the workers then disappears, after repeatedly pushing the button for assistance to get ice cream to go some rude 16 year old worker yells the dine in is closed. There's no reason for a closed seat in area, it's all kids here who don't want to work, how this franchise stays in business is beyond me. Do not come here to this particular sonic. It is terrible. No customer support, courtesy, explanation they don't have any product to make half the menu. All we wanted is ice cream to go. The underage staff just hides in the kitchen.

My wife and I enjoy the food from Sonic very much when we travel we always find a Sonic in our road trips. Finding a Sonic where we live is hard to find that's why we like to travel and stop by Sonic. We like enjoy very much including the drinks and shakes. I also use the Sonic app to find a Sonic or redeem items.

I came to sonic late Wednesday night for some late night munchies. As expected, the lines took a while, the prices were low, but I did see cockroaches everywhere under the speaker. Upon waiting 15-20 minutes for the 3 cars ahead of me to order their food, I was greeted with a “can you give me a second please?”, “second” turned into another 10 minutes of waiting. While I was waiting I noticed a dozen cockroaches running around under the speaker and menu. I was disgusted, and looked up “Sonic Drive-In cockroaches” and found that Sonic has had a few location closed for this very reason. When I pulled up to the window, a skinny high looking gentlemen with black earrings greeted me. I noticed it was very dirty with some kind of syrup stain on the glass. I couldn’t help but to pray for the ice cream machine to be cleaned properly. Then when I got my ice cream, the ice cream was delicious but the Reece’s that came with it, if any, was stale but edible. Very disappointed with what could give la Michoacána a run for its money. I’m not coming back to this location after seeing those roaches, Yikes.

Just maybe this place got it's act together finally. Service was really fast and the server doing the car dine in area was really nice. I was there for lunch today. It wasn't crowded at all. So things ran real well. But I need to go back at night during the dinner rush. Last time I was there for that time of day it was so ridiculous. I kid you not it took two hours to get our food. Employees were just messing around and not caring at all will all the people waiting outside. So I hope things are running a lot better there now.

Take the order at the box faster. Bring out the right order the 1st time. Have everything on the menu

Sonic has never really had top tier fast food, the quality of their ingredients is mediocre. But, their drink menu is a different story. The ability to customize all of them is super nice and adds quite the spice of life it needs. The app allows you to get half priced drinks at all times and it truly is a saving grace of this place.

Please double check your orders. Today marks the 3rd time this Sonic location has messed up my order and therefore I paid for more than what I got. If you've been to this location you know the lines and wait times are long, check while you are able to! The food is nothing special, but the drink and shakes are good. I just wish this sonic wouldn't mess up my order so often

I used to work at a different sonic location and I know the real reason why service is always slow. Y’all always send people home! They would send a worker home during happy hour bc it was “slow” and then bam 30 minutes later they get slammed with a bunch of orders. Stop sending people home because of the dumb worker to work ratio. It happens every single time. Corporate has to do something about it.
