We ordered a pizza with chicken and mojo's and first we w a item an hour and finely had to go ask for a food and some how they hadn't even started making it. Then every piece of chicken looked like it had been pulled apart. Then the pizza dough was raw the dough was raw and could be pulled like raw bread dough. When I took it back up to the counter, they asked me if I wanted a new one. Yes all pieces swere there except one. Then the girls in the kitchen were arguing about it NOT being raw. I could hear them . The manager never came out to see us. We we got our remade pizza, it was burnt. The cheese was burnt and the crust & bottomI'm really confused on how you expect anyone to eat raw or burnt pizza. It was $50 dollars for 2 of us to have horrible service and food.
Pizza is bomb, only reason for the 3 star rating is because I wanted to order a pick up pizza and they turned off their phone because they were busy and I couldn't make a phone order. I was literally on the phone with the girl and she said can you please hold? Hung up on me and then turned off their phone.
My first time here, I give it star only because the chicken was good I recommend the papa's moyo were dry they were potatoe chips. The service is quite slow, perhaps they are under staff. The pizza is pretty pricey. The arcade area is a mess no supervision no staff making sure the un supervised kids respect rules and keep them from jumping on the games. I know it's the parents fault but there needs to be some one holding order, I had to be protecting my kid so he wouldn't be trampled by kids running around they were literally on top of the games wrecking them. When it came to exchanging the tickets for prices was another problem I asked the person at the front if they "can please"send someone they said" yes, of course" waited 30 minutes went again waited another 30 minutes it was ridiculous no one showed up.If you want to enjoy a good time with your kids stay away from this location. Like I said maybe they are under staffed but the customer doesn't have to pay the consequences.
This place is awesome I always go for the buffet. It's a really good value and the food is great.
Always great food. Everything came out fresh and the chicken was delicious as always. The unlimited salad bar could add meat to their selections of salad toppings, and they're very pricey but worth it.

Excellent sauce and crust was excellent ordered pepperoni sausage mushroom arrived paid my pizza in the warmer take out it took ten minutes to wave the girl hey that's my pizza ? ohhh definitely a cafeteria kind of place when the sausage came in rolled little marbles not worth the money $27 lg. Best bet don't order the sausage then maybe you can see some mushrooms ?
Horrible service standing by the register never greeted they said our food would be done in 25 min realized everyone got their food and our food was sitting at the counter the whole time if we didn’t get up to ask for our food they would had never brought it. They are very rude after I told them I want a redo on my order since it was stilling there getting cold, I paid 67$ For this order and the pizza and mojos cold… not even an apology just bad attitude. Never again will I go here.Redlands is better
