Celebrating a friend moving on to bigger and better ventures. So we took him to the Red Castle Korean BBQ as a farewell gift. Personally, my first time visit. Reminded me of an old type breakfast diner. Very out dated and simple. To my surprise was seeing in the middle of every table a cooking station where you prepare your own food. Again, new to me. It was a very unique experience but pretty awesome. Very friendly staff and they explain every aspect of the menu to you. Beers weren't as cold as expected. They do need to chill their beers a lot more. Food was excellent. Overall experience was extremely fun. Will definitely return. It is an unique experience. Highly recommended ?
Of all Korean BBQ places I've been to this one stands as the worst. The pricing was good, that I can't complain about, but when I say you get what you pay for I mean it. They didn't have any prepped dipping sauces, very little sides, not any spicy sauces to dip brisket and other meats in, the bathrooms were a mess to behold, and not to mention some of the staff just giving subpar service with a good amount of attitude. To top it all off they attempted to overcharge us by almost $100, but thankfully we noticed the check was all sorts of wrong. I've also noticed that a lot of reviews praised the speed at which the meat came, but I believe that it wasn't much faster than higher end KBBQ places. Overall, it was at best an okay experience, I wouldn't come back.
The food here is amazing, but the service is TERRIBLE. The waiters aren’t attentive and for whatever reason they try to memorize your order instead of just writing it down, causing them to constantly forget things.We asked for a simple bowl of rice and water and after patiently waiting 20 minutes and asking 3 different waiters we were finally accommodated. They also didn’t have any straws . Who wants to drink straight from a plastic cup, in public, after a pandemic ?Once again… great place, terrible service.
We love to eat at this place. It's definitely worth the stop. Prices are great and although service lacks because they are short staffed and have a language barrier the food is well worth it. Definitely coming back again.
First timer here and OMG everything was superb!!! The prices are more than reasonable and customer service was ON POINT! I highly recommend to anyone and everyone! My friends and I had a great time! ?
Love this place!!! It's such a great atmosphere!! My kids love it!!! The food is great and the service is awesome!! Everyone is friendly and if you don't get the menu just ask. It's all you can eat too!!! Can't wait to go back!!!
My first time ever having Korean BBQ and won't be my last. The staff super helpful and friendly. They constantly asked me if I needed anything and I never had to ask for them to switch the cooking plate which I hear is great service. Not greedy with the sides or food. I believe I met the owner she was friendly. All the staff helped each other. Prices were great. Can't wait to go again and again.
Great all you can eat korean barbecue at unbeatable prices.Came here on a thur night for dinner. The parking lot was full but luckily a spot opened up. Some street parking too but this place was busy. No reservations. We got a table in under a min.The side dishes banchan were kimchi, potato salad, rice paper, japchae noodles, and chopped lettuce salad. It was all good ? the beef brisket and pork belly were great and especially for the price !Can't beat these prices I'm glad I found this place to get ayce kbbq.Owner is super nice. Servers are so busy so order efficiently when you know what you want.The sauce is different not exactly samjang. But they got seasame oil and salt. Lettuce is chopped not whole.And soju was only 9 bucks cheers. Get lit here.Music was kpop expect some oldies with music videos too. Also contemporary pop music.Its bright lighting inside and i saw them wipe down tables after use.
This place is yummy and it’s a nice cozy place with a bar.
Yummy delicious Korean BBQ, they bring the sides you asked for, no problem. The meats are served plenty, cook it yourself to your likes enjoy with a group...Most definitely will be back...
