Service was horrible. Got my order wrong. Charged me for something I didn’t order and said she couldn’t refund it. Why should we pay for your employees mistakes.

Was given these bread sticks. The box was exchanged because the box was melted, but I was still given these bread sticks. The chicken wings didn't look cooked all the way either. Will not be returning. Tried calling back but no answer.
There wings are fire not to spicy and don't need sauce on them

I did ordered pizza hut 05/03/2021 for curbside pickup, after waiting on the front of the store for a while and no one shows up, I've decided to pickup inside the store, and they don't even apologies for not bring up the pizza outside.Thank you pizza hut for great attitude of your people.
As a former employee i can tell yall we never used gloves,rarely washed our hands, all of our equipment especially the oven is super dirty and metal sharp stuff occasionally fell onto the pizza, and most of your food like wings and breadsticks sit there for hours in the dirty heat lamp place thats never cleaned, most times the meats were expired like mainly the chicken, the sauce sides in the mini fridge would sit there for weeks rotting and theyd still make us hand it out, and if u come in the morning they'll sell u last nights pizza just reheated.
