Today I watched an employee take food back from a customer (watched the customer pick through the food) and then put it back in the pile of freshly made chicken. The manager proceeded to tell me that people do nasty things all of the time. Basically telling me it’s okay what the employee did wasn’t that harmful. I told her I was calling corporate to let them know how unsanitary this location is and she told me go ahead with an nasty attitude.I’m getting the health department involved at this point.Date: 4/7/2022Time: 6:57pm
I bought the wings and enjoyed them, mine were original, I don't like anything spicy. They have a frozen strawberry lemonade that's the bomb, very sweet.
I don't like how they can have HONEY, BUTTER & HOT SAUCE, but give you none of these because you ordered your $48 of chicken on Door Dash! You are some punks for that. Take a little pride in your job and do it right. This is evidence that parents have failed to teach this generation of kids. They don't care about nothing!
I love popeyes. I purchased a 4 piece meal, the chicken was horrible. Me loving popeyes so much, after I got home I thought maybe I had a bad batch of chicken, I called door dash to bring me another 4 piece it was just as bad, this place usually has excellent chicken, so I called all day the next day and no one answered the phone. I haven't been back since.
The new Mac & cheese side is delicious, especially if you get that crispy softly burned cheese in there. The chicken is eh. The mash potatoes and gravy were not flavorful at all. The original chicken sandwich is always great, and $3.99 is the right price!!
This franchise is actually the best one in the local area. Who ever their chief is, my hat is off to you. The food is always done perfectly, with so much flavor. All the issues we had at the Sierra lakes Popeyes, no issues at this location.
After not having fry chicken in a very long time...I decided to order the #5 combo...what a disaster..the chicken was cold,burnt and full of tasteless breading...further, the employee that prepared my box was absolutely clueless ?. A good fast food establishment should be consistent...it shouldn't be a hit and miss when it comes to quality food and service.

Chicken was really good. I loved The crunch and the meat was tasty and moist not dry.
It's fair place. I like the spicy chicken the most. It's really pricey but my kids like it so I'll get it from time to time
