The food is okay an the delivery service is horrible takes 1 to 3 hours to get your food at this point might as well tell people to do carry out but even that takes forever, high suggest going to a different pizza place domino's is down the street an it has faster service
Ordered delivery and the delivery guy touched our food and broke the seal. Employees gave me attitude with proof and only provided store credit less than I paid for.
All my coworkers raved about how good the pizza was so yeah great quality ingredients.
My order was canceled because you guys had no driver and no one texted, emailed or called me to let me know what was going on and when I called the restaurant to find out what was going on the worker named Marie insinuated that I was lying about not getting a call and refused to let me talk to the and just said the manager would say the samething then lied and said she was going to get the manager to talk but then came back with the same story she was telling before and then left me on hold.
They had 1 driver after 2 and a half hours we called them instead of them contacting me and letting me know I could come pick up or continue to wait on them
Pizza Hut has been my favorite for many years but lately it’s been a huge DISAPPOINTMENT. My last few deliveries have been cold and late!! Finally decided to pick up with the same problem! COLD PIZZA..
Called in for delivery of large pizza that was going to cost $32. Was called back and told that if I wanted delivery it would be 3 hours before it would be delivered. My alternative was to pick up at curbside and I could get my order in 20 minutes, so I gave the caller my card number and said I would curbside pickup.Someone texted my phone to say that my order was ready and and to respond with "1" when I had arrived, which I did. I waited 10 minutes before I realized no one was bringing my order out. Decided to go inside to pick up and found that no order had been taken. The young lady that I dealt with at the counter had to take my order again and while I did not have to pay again for my order I waited another 15 minutes.Pizza Hut should really review their call center operations!
Make sure that the details are followed. I asked for extra pepperoni and only got what seemed like less than usual. I was very disappointed.
They have one of the best tasting pizzas.
The pizza was delicious and my order was done when promised.
