This Pizza Hut is horrible. Staff is unprofessional and always have an attitude. Pizza is undercooked, not cut properly, always cold and never made correctly. If you call after to complain they never answer and if they do it’s with an attitude. Every time I go, I feel that the service just gets worse and worse and I feel it’s aimed directly at me or my husband personally.
Everytime I order curbside pickup from any pizza hut I always end up having to call in or go inside to pick it up so whats the point of even having curbside as an option? Biggest issue is that I'm not even able to call inside, got sent to some corporate office who had to call the store and tell them we were here for an order only for nothing to be done anyway and had to go inside.
Pizza hut is getting better with their menu options. This location provided good customer service.
Worst Pizza Hut ever. Employees are clueless and cannot get an order right. We ordered online and when we arrived, we were told that our order would be ready in 5-10 minutes. 10 minutes later we were told the same thing. 10 minutes after that, we were told that the cheesy bread sticks would take another 15 minutes. When we finally got the order, the pizza was cold and the manager said "Well, you shouldn't be upset with me".
Ordering online was easy. The carryout experience was great: store was clean and staff was professional and courteous. I was quickly helped. Everything was great. Thank you.
Im sorry but this is the worst pizza hut meal i have had in my life, the breadsticks were cold and burnt and the pizza did not taste great it was also cold
Buy getting my 1st order rite let alone my 2nd order they resent out & it was still wrong took 2 hrs to get 2nd order & it was ice cold I was told it be 2hr for 2nd delivery which is b.s when they messed up & all they did was a $9.00 credit they should of credit the whole order after all that b.s

Pizza was greasy, hard to chew, and soggy. And instead of BBQ sauce on my pizza like I requested for one of them, they put buffalo sauce.
