The staff is amazing here. The food was excellent. Even the baker were nice when I was greeted by him. Great job.
Omg my first and last time here. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and it literally had an overwhelming amount of cheese in it. So much so that it made me sick to my stomach ? it was literally more cheese than bread
I absolutely dislike this Panera. EVERY TIME I have gone to this Panera, they have either gotten my order wrong, or they are out of an item. This time, they forgot the bacon, and tomatoes on my sandwich. They also did not give me chips with my order. I drove back, and told them they forgot the bacon & tomatoes. They added the bacon, but told me they no longer have tomatoes nor chips. Somehow they forgot to mention it when I ordered that they do not have the ingredients in stock. I also think the bread is not the sourdough. The sandwich did not taste the same. It is truly frustrating that there is always a problem EVERY TIME I have gone to this Panera. Uggh!
I walked into this location to place an order for a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and a strawberry poppy seed salad, I waited for five minutes for someone to take my order, I had to approach the manager to ask for service. Once I received my order there were no strawberries on the salad.
Most Panera breads are really good, but this one has no good service and their AC don't work, its hot inside. Its hard to enjoy your food when its hot inside.
You call can see the 1.5 rating this Panera has on Yelp. Believe it and go somewhere else. They don't even deserve that and likely their 5 star ratings were put in by their employees. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER do any sort of catering order from them. They will screw it up and then try to blame you. We just had a large catering order for our school. We put everything in well ahead of time and it never arrived. When we called, we got one excuse after another and then they finally tried to say that we "cancelled the order" the night before. But they could not produce anything that proved that. If they had just said that they were sorry and then worked quickly to fill and deliver the order it might still have been okay. But they decided that it was far more important to CYA the entire time and then finally tried to lie about it.If you want to ruin your event and have everyone at your business/school/organization mad at you then by all means go with this Panera. That is what they excel at as they are terrible at everything else.
This rating isn’t really related to the food, it is great. This has to do with the service, the experience of me visiting Panera Bread’s is almost always ruined by the long wait times. It is common to wait 5minutes per car but this morning at this location I was shocked at how slow they were, it took nearly 10minutes per car. I got there at 7:20am with two cars ahead of me, I didn’t get my food u til 7:50! This is unacceptable, I ordered two sandwiches and from what I saw the car in front of me ordered 3 drinks… I know this wasn’t a staffing issue because there was 7 employees from what I could see. I am used to waiting a bit longer at Panera, this is normal but this was not acceptable. I love the food but this experience has completely turned me off and probably won’t be coming back to any Panera.
Food is good but service really leaves something to be desired. It's so inconsistent. Sometimes they ask for your reward sometimes they don't, sometimes they ask what you want as your side sometimes they don't, sometimes they take 3rd graders expired coupon sometimes they don't. The manager is rude too. He definitely needs some additional customer service training. Won't be going there again.
I enjoy the salads here. If you dine in, you get a bigger portion in a bowl, as opposed to the serving size in the take out container. I ate half my salad there, and got a take out container for the rest, and the remainder filled up the container. I've also tried the pick 2, with grilled cheese and tomatoe soup. I wasn't a fan of the tomato soup, because it tasted like spaghettio's.
