Our first time going to that place. The ordering was very fast on the kiosk and the food was ready within minutes. We were very happy. And going back soon.
Take 2 is the best thing you can do. You can have a perfect meal for veggies it's 12 and for meat lovers it's 15. The place had good vibes and the overall experience was excellent.
Ordered from them and the food (all I had to eat today) got me sick pretty badly. I'll live , but was really bummed out when they didn't cut any of my bagels like I requested. They were also stale...which is surprising cause they're already kinda hard anyways. What a drag.

Ordered curbside pickup and this is how they handed me my drink. I was so upset I didn't even drink it. Coffee was all over the cup and it was sticky.Not to mention the coffee wasn't even filled up to the top when I opend it.
Waited a super long time in the drive-thru, when they handed me the food it was all in one enormous bag, so big it barely fit thru my car window. Getting it home we discovered NONE of the food was labeled in any way, there was a sandwich that we paid to be whole that was only half. Not to mentioned, we'd gotten an extra sandwich that clearly wasn't ours and that we certainly wouldn't eat.Big take away: perhaps they should consider labeling sandwiches and give people what they pay for.
I have nothing positive to say about this location. I have actually never had panera until this location opened up. I’ve been there 3 times total. My first experience was the opening week. They were out of everything and waiting about 1 hr thru drive thru. I ordered a salad which I said I’d go back to try other salads. My family was not a fan but I’d go back. The second time I got a giftcard and reordered I got the apple Fiji salad they forget everything but the lettuce and cheese also gave us wrong sandwhich. I call and they said whenever I’m ready to come back and it’s on them. Though that amazing customer service. Tonight I go back just to get the salad not even the sandwhich I could’ve got a replacement for. I place order which was awkward after telling them I was told I can get my salad for free based on my previous experience. I purchase a drink I paid for and lady has no knowledge of my order. Waited about 30 min prior to getting to the window and waited and additional 15 min for the salad. My drink had no ice by now lol. Get home everything is on there just smaller portion lol. I give up.

The macaroni and broccoli is simply what good pasta is all about. To top it off I recommend getting any one of their specialty teas. Oh yeah, do not forget the lemon drop cookies, you won't regret it.
Probably thee slowest panera ever . waited over 25 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 begals. The coffee wasn't good at all plus it was cold. I ordered a cold bree instead and nope just as bad. the staff is nice but that's about it. sorry won't be going back.
