I don't like leaving bad reviews unless it's necessary. This place does the LEAST. I was honestly a bit surprised because my family and I frequent Panda Express pretty much everywhere. Our kids love it. I'm pretty fond myself but this location...Terrible portions, I wish I would've taken a picture portions. In addition, my niece had to go pee and they had chairs in front of the restrooms. One of the gents told my wife the bathroom was closed because it had been cleaned for the day. My wife went in anyway. Mind you, we arrived at 7:50pm, they close at 10pm. It's apparent these kids hate their jobs.Only come if your itching but you'll be disappointed. ?Riverside location is awesome if you want a good Panda experience.
Asked for all chow mien and got half rice half chow mien on both plates. Ordered teriyaki chicken with sauce on the side and got no sauce. Asked for soy and hot mustard and didn't get any. My husband and I love the chow mien and were so very disappointed. Rice had hard pieces in it. To far to take it back and have them do it right. Paid $25 for two meals and drinks and didn't even enjoy it.
Still make you wear a mask even though the mandate is over... I went and picked up food for my friends I didn't eat here... I prefer Mom and Pop Chinese food places
Rice was stale, so was the orange chicken. Felt reheated and old. Worth the drive to go somewhere else.
All the food was just horrible! The chowmein was burnt, the fried rice had no flavor and the teriyaki chicken smelled and tasted old! Not to mention my partner and I both got sick!
Business owned by com munist who don't allow people who don't own a mask to order food or even be welcomed into their building. If Panda wants to force their customers to do this for Panda's business then Panda should waste their money in purchasing face masks to offer those of us who don't own a mask to gain my business. What is our nation coming to?
It's just ok to have some small bites. Thier portion is good for medium and large. Small size la carte is not enough.
Very small portions. Ordered double orange chicken and asked them to add a little more when I saw how little they had served. They told me that that’s how their servings were and refused to put more. +$10 for small portions isn’t worth it.
Much better this time around. Staff is very friendly. Portions were more reasonable. However the Portions given at the panda express in N. Rialto are more generous
Terrible location. Employees look like they hate their job. Don’t come on the last hour because they will just give you the leftovers. If they’re out of rice or chow win or any entree they will not make more and just tell you that’s all they have. How is this customer service ? After being told they were out of fried rice and 3 different entrees I asked for I left. Not worth my time. Went to a mom and pop Chinese place and was served with a smile. If you don’t want to work then stay home. Simple.
