The chicken could be cooked a little better. I feel bad for these workers, they seem tired or unenthused about their jobs. Kinda makes the food not as enjoyable also.

This is the worst Panda Express we went though the drive thru and ordered a plate with broccoli beef and when I opened my plate there was about 6 pieces of broccoli and only 2 small pieces of beef. I then came back to request If they could switch out the beef brocoli instead for honey walnut shrimp or get more meat so they refused to give me more beef or replace it and instead gave me the honey walnut shrimp but charged me for it as a whole extra entree and on top of that charge me additionally for it being a premium entree which is not what I requested. I then asked to speak to the manager and she was very rude and said that she couldn’t replace it and I showed her the plate and she was extremely rude and he the worst customer service experience and told me she could see there was about 5 pieces of beef and I told her to count them so she could see I wa snot lying but she refused to count them and replace it. I just find it unfair they didn’t serve my food properly when it’s something I’m paying for and on top of that they made me pay extra for tor a free just because they refused to replace something they didn’t do properly on y order. I definitely do not recommend this Panda Express if I could give them no stars I definitely would

I dont know why i keep going back to this panda express location. as it is, any panda you go to only gives you a small amount of food, but this one really takes the cake. my wife and I both ordered panda bowls and im not kidding when i say that we omly got 3 small pieces of chicken ablut the size of a finger nail on our kung pow chicken each. Never again.

Horrible service from Clarissa R from store #2910, we ordered three bowls and a medium side cheese rangoons and two orders of spring rolls , we have a baby in the car that’s why we went to the drive through , Clarissa said she forgot to add the spring rolls we have to go inside to pay and reorder she would not charge us in the drive through and began arguing with us about that , my wife told her you are wasting time get the manager or charge my card at the front she began being stern and rude and blatantly said no my wife said stop wasting time and get the manager if your in such a rush manager comes says we didn’t pay for spring rolls we know that we are trying to pay no one said we don’t want to pay , she charged us and gave us a horrible experience

Love the ease of drive thru, but the portions are bigger if you walk in. Only one problem, parking nearby is difficult at best. Drive thru stays open an hour later then the dining room but items are limited near closing time.

Got a plate with two items but they were out of the one item I wanted and said I’d have to wait 10 minutes or longer to get the second item. I got something different and they charged me an extra $1.25 for the different item even though they were out of the one I wanted (my bad) the total was $12 for a two item plate with no drink. Wow.

Pretty good Panda. Tried their new shrimp dish. It was ok. Not super good, but not bad. Their orange chicken was spicy. Don't know why, but my kid ate it.

Some of the smallest portions I've ever seen at Panda Express. Don't think I don't know this you have the smaller box. Stop being cheap. Also, update your hours or tell your employees not to close early cause your employees are closing the restaurant early saying different hours...

Customer service was excellent and the food taste good. I just wish they had sweet and fire chicken.

Every Location is professionally driven. Quality meals. A healthier choice!
