Went in with my cousin order our food. They did take a bit longer than usual. But the food was great. Can't complain if it took a bit longer since the the food did come out hot and good.

I called to put my order in ahead of time and I was put on hold. I drove to the restaurant, put in my order and got my food while still on hold. I told them about the call and all he said was that maybe I had the wrong number. Funny when I can clearly hear him through my phone. Worst customer service.

Amazing place, the food as very scrumptious and the proportions given is reasonable for the price. The wait is quite long on certain days can go up to 40-60 minutes. Will be going more often.
Ono Hawaiian BBQ is bomb diggity!It's located I side of a small strip mall in Rialto CA.Employees here are usually super friendly and welcoming.Food is cooked to order.Everything we've had has been good.The only thing is that they have become kinda skimpy on the portions compared to before.Our favorite is the BBQ mix plate and there family meals are good too!Overall good eats at a decent price.
Food was prepared and served very quickly despite the packed restaurant.Our Cashier Joana made sure we got exactly what we wanted and clarified any possible miscommunication!The food is tasty and the free sauces take a 4/5 to a 5/5 for savory and sweet flavors.If you've never had a Spam Masubi, get one here! 2 for 5.79 is a good deal.
