When I say Janelle was on point, baby girl was on point. She was so patient & helpful made sure we got everything we wanted the way we wanted it. Customer service was above & beyond. Then when our food came out she was like just double check & wanted to make sure it was just the way we asked. She really was so good ???
Always satisfying to eat the BBQ chicken plate for lunch. Super fast service and a nice place to dine inside.
Prices are high. But, fair for the amount of food you get. The food was delicious. The rice is a little bland. But, you can always put some of the sauce from your meat on it. And it'll taste good. Their mac and cheese is the best. You may want to ask for a double portion of the mac and cheese. In place of the rice ?
I'm not the biggest fan of Ono but my wife loves it. so I'll say nice things
This Hawaiian ono is okay, buy can improve on the taste. Staff is really nice. They try thier best to provide customer with outstanding service.
Updating my review after 4 years.. I LOVE their food but recently they have not been fully cooking the fish! 2nd time I get BAD food poisoning after realizing much too late that the fish I bit into is still oozing red at the center... Sad to say I have lost trust in this facility and will not be back. It's a shame because the food tastes so good. Double check your food or cook it extra at home so you don't end up lying in bed with a rotten stomachace.
My wife sent me here.... thank God it was closed yesterday. 5 stars because I prefer Chipotle next door.So the food here is good... but WIFE wants it everytime! Tired of it.
I like ono Hawaiian but this location when I walked up at 9:05 pm the doors were locked and they were cleaning up. The other ono I called answered and said they are open until 9:30 pm. Please change your hours or stay open until your the closing hour.
Really bad service, un cooked meal, food poisoningOver all really bad experience especially with the face mask situation they should be providing people with face mask in there instead of telling them to leave.
Poor customer service. I didn't even get to my name because the young lady working the phone had a bad day and wanted to use ne as a punching bag. Maybe, she should get a stronger back bone and let things slide or get a different profession.
