We ordered a full rack of rib dinner plus an additional rack of ribs for $10. The additional rack, we paid for, but was not RECIEVED. The receipt from norms shows the additional rack but an N/A across the receipt. Why would you still charge me? why wouldn’t you call me if unavailable? AGAIN, we paid for it, did not receive it, not cool guys
First time coming to this location and the place was busy when I arrived, a good amount of people were waiting to be seated including those with a small party (of 2). We waited about 25 minutes before we were seated. The coffee tasted great and they don't use your typical coffee creamer which is probably what makes it taste so good. The server was nice but very forgetful. I was served my pancakes but no knife or syrup was provided, by the time the waitress brought the stuff over my pancakes where cold that the butter on my pancakes didn't even melt. My main dish tasted good and the loaded hashbrowns were cooked to perfection. I would probably be back but not any time soon and specially not on a Saturday during brunch time.
Thank you Shanee, our server, for such great service. We really enjoyed our meal and our time at Norm's. We went to go eat after watching Father Stu. You were on it even though our group was of 10 people. Our drinks were always full. Our food was quick. And we waited only 20 minutes to get seated. So awesome ? I loved that you laughed with us and enjoyed our company too. Everythibg was perfect. See you soon.
I had heard good things about Norms, but was really disappointed by the food and service. Steak was way undercooked, was supposed to be medium well, country fried chicken was way overcooked, almost rock hard, another family had to return theirs as well with the same problem, the salad didn't have croutons or even cheese, mashed potatoes were really bland and weird looking, our food was cold in general. Took about 30 minutes just to get drinks. The fish was decent, fries didn't have seasoning. I didn't take a picture of the pancakes we got, but they were the only good food we received that night. That's the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars, otherwise it would've only been 1..
Finally had a chance to dine at our “new” local Norm’s Restaurant. We use to have to travel to dine at Norm’s in the past. This Norm’s is beautiful inside and out. They are busy, staff was kind and courteous, same great menu many delicious choices to choose from. I met friends for lunch and decided to have The Chef’s Sampler Platter and a side salad. It was so delicious a good portion of different items. We plan to make our local Norm’s Restaurant to be a regular dining spot for us.
Don't believe the bad reviews. Give this place a try. Everything was delicious & great place to bring your friends & family. Didn't take any pictures of food but only because ate all my food. No complaints about anything. Restrooms were clean too. Good place to eat. Although I did get what I know was Flap Meat instead of my Top Sirlion but it was good. Great Job Norms.
Wont be coming here again... to much hype for nasty food.. the steak was ok, the veggies and bake potatoe were just trash. Veggies were gooey and smelled like they have gone bad and bake potatoe were like if its been warmed up a few times. Dont recommend at all..
Very clean looks like it just opened inside. The food was really good. The place was very busy but the food still came out quickly.

Long wait to sit long wait for order be taken li g wait for food to arrive. We have been here twice and both times they got our order wrong. First time they brought us some other tables food. The best they forgot items. Also hash browns were burnt
