Today my son and I went to this Mcdonalds just to get him a treat for doing good in school. We used to come here often but the playground has been closed for a long time. My kids loved when I would take them here to get a happy meal and to play. Today my son came up to me me as I was ordering, full of excitement because he noticed the playground was open. Thank you Mcdonalds for opening your playground again. I'm sure when my daughter hears about this today we will be back. A little bit of normalcy goes a long way. It's time for happy meals and playtime again.
I came here with my children the other day eager to try the happy meals that McDonald’s provides. Horrible to say but I will never come here again. The customer service was rude when I asked for ranch the woman just threw it at me. I don’t know what her problem was. But that’s not even the worst part. I saw 2 of the coworkers KISSING and what seemed to be MAKING OUT in a corner while I was there. I was horrified to say the least. I got the names of the coworkers I believe they were Jonathan and Cassidy or Casandra. Im not sure I couldn’t see the girl’s name very well. All in all this is a very unprofessional place. These teenage couples are disgusting now a days I will never come back here again.
This McDonald's ALWAYS provides poor costumer service. It does not matter what time of day you go. But particularly today 3/4/22 it was different since i normally go drive thru and decided to order inside. I tried to order at the Kios and Allen gladly said he could take my order. So i walk over to the register and as i tell him my order apperantly someone(an employee) left an order unpaid. So allen calls over the so called "manager" Adrian. Im minding my own business and all i heard was when you see blablabla(employee name given) tell her she can only get a medium drink, ok isn't that your job? Anyways Allen proceeds to taking my order and as im ordering THE MANAGER yells out to allen from across the room basically(drive thru window to the very last register in dine in) to get over here!!! VERY RUDE!!! POOR GUY SERIOUSLY!!! I stopped ordering and he walks away and somebody else replaces him to finish up my order. These type of so called MANAGERS are the ones that make you wanna hate your job, the ones that stress you out, the ones that make you wanna not answer your phone on your day off because more than likely it's to cover somebody's shift and now you gotta put up with the manager. When i was given my order i did not get straw for my drink, my frappe had over spilled and someone semi cleaned it and i when i looked for napkins in my bag ofcourse i had none... The management at this facility is horrible.That is not how you treat your team members/coworkers from any standing point regardless of your title.Overall.....The waiting time is bad. Manager treat employees horrible. They're always having some kind of technical problem with their system. And you'll be lucky if you get your food correct and in time to where its still warm enough to eat.....P.S.. This pic was from tuesday 3/1....lol
My mornings start with the sausage egg mcmuffin ? , vanilla iced coffee with extra creamer. Great customer service. Fast service
The service was okay. The women didn't come right over, they were busy. Fries!! I love me those fries BUT, there was no salt on them, none. Please salt the fries.
Every single time I am missing something in my order. Ordered a big mc bundle that brings 20 pc chicken nuggets and ordered and extra 10 pc on the side so total would be 30 pc they only gave me 20 pc. This is frustrading because if I go back to claim it I'd be waiting about 30 mins in line so there goes $6 in the trash
I'm sure the few staff that were there tried very hard but no communication and 40 minutes to have a cold order that was wrong is a bummer. They need to communicate with those stuck I the drive thru.
It's your typically mcdonalds so it's usually busy around rush hour, employees are nice and take care of mistakes if made any. Also they start serving breakfast at 245 to 4 o'clock for people who work night shift
They dont check the orders. They call my number. I try to get the girls attention. Excuse me? 4 times then i yell out im missing a drink she turns around and asks your missing a drink?! Isnt that what i just said? And tosses me a cup. And i only went in because the drive thru line was super long.
I stopped there to buy my 2 Grandbabies a happy meal after I took them to see the beautiful Christmas lights at mission Inn i didn't order online but I was having car trouble when I pulled up & the manager was so sweet & helpful she helped me by coming out taking my order&talking to me, she new my anxiety level was slightly up , She accommodated me ,I was very satisfied
