LAZY MANAGERS. I CALLED 20 TIMES TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR CAROLE WHO DECIDED TO HIRE ME AND THENNN THE MANAGER ON THE PHONES LIKE "SORRY I CANT HIGHER YOU YOU APPLIED USING A DIFFERENT EMAIL" A WEEK LATER AFTER WATCHING MY SON FOR A WEEK AND HAVING MY GIRLFRIEND WORK FOR 1/2 AS MUCH. THEY ROBBED ME OF 2 JOBS FOR A WEEK AND NOW MY GIRLFRIEND LOST HER JOB BECAUSE SHE STAYED HOME YESTERDAY BECAUSE CAROLE TOLD ME TO COME AT 11 ON MONDAY. Rude and lazy employment. They forgot my burgers in my order last week, one night i had a mobile order and i was waiting 30 minutes for 2 double quarter pounders... A MOBILE ORDER!! ALSO ORDERED 40 NUGGETS AND THEY LITERALLY GAVE ME NO SAUCE. YALL JUST LOST A FAMILY OF 100 CUSTOMERS. GET BENT.

They always take forever when you do curbside pickup. The three times I’ve bought food here they always take over 30 minutes and when you go to the counter to ask for your order they seem clueless. Horrible customer service plus they’re always out of frappes.
I went to this place expecting a good breakfast but was disappointed when I got it. Rude employees when I got to the window employee shoved food in our face and shoved drinks in our face as well, not to mention the watered down orange juice that had no flavor whatsoever. The deluxe breakfast was a huge disappointment only gave me 2 one bite pieces of Bacon. NEVER RECOMMEND COMING TO YHIS MCDONALD'S AT ALL
Need to be a little faster. Also most of the time they have happy meals advertised but the toy isn't available ?. I mostly go for my sons happy meal.JS ?♀️
Ordered chicken sandwich. Camenice and warm; however, there wasn't any sauce, lettuce..just twopickles. Otherwise, Big Macs weretasty.
Worst experience ever I ordered trough the drive thru and they told me to go to the second window to wait for my food . I waited and waited 7 cars that were behind me got there food and I still didn't get my food . So I walked inside the mc Donald's and asked for refund and the manager was very upset . I asked her to explain to me why did 7 cars get there food before me when they were behind me all she told me was that my food was coming up . I asked her to explain to me how is it that they got there food before me and she didn't have an answer. Ever since that mc Donald opened they are very unorganized it seems like they hired people with little or no experience.
Drive thru service is horrible. Last weekend they forget the 2 sodas 4 the happy meals. Today I ordered 4 extra sodas I didn't receive any of them. The guys didn't even give a receipt until I asked him 4 one and it wasnt readable
Food was fresh and hot. My frappe was rite and good. The workers were nice and pleasant. Will return soon.
While I'm not a big fan of McDonalds,my kids have been wanting to get one of the new Stitch happy meals. During my visit today Makayla helped me out and made it great experience. Not only was she very welcoming but also generous. Thank you for what maybe the best experience in McDonalds my daughters have ever had. Hope her managers encourage everyone treating customers this way.
