My daughter went to order pizza in person since they don’t answer the phone calls, the order was at 6:00 pm when she had ordered the pizzas. The cashier had said it would be in 10 to 15 minutes, so she waited 10 and 15 minutes. She asked about about the order twice and the response was 4 minutes more. She waited again and had seen the people before her all had their orders especially ones that ordered after her in line. She had waited 25 minutes. So her mother went over there and asked about the order and finally gave her the pizza in 9 minutes after. So having to count the time the order was made was precisely 34 minutes, not 10 to 15 minutes, 34 minutes that’s outrageous. Fix this problem with the employees.
Just tried ordering through the portal to give them a chance to actually make my regular pepperoni and basic bread sticks an HOUR in advance and when I arrived on the dot, my bread sticks were cold and hard like they had been in the fridge while my pizza still needed ten more minutes to be ready. I'm not sure who runs this location but lately the service here has gone downhill. Go to another Little Caesars, it'll be worth the drive trust me! Nothing is ever hot OR ready.
This place is horrible the workers are horrible they left me on the phone for an hour I just wanted to place my order so it was ready by the time I got there this isn’t okay never coming here again if I could give 0 stars I would
I normally like this Little Caesars but today was like being in an abusive relationship. I don't know how long that pizza was laying around but it tasted, looked and felt like fourth dynasty Egypt. But at least the abuser, oops I meant young lady at the counter was pleasant. There's no reason for a pizza to be this old only an hour and a half after the store opens. I used to really like Little Caesars but I think I've been put off it completely.
The pizza had a frozen taste. The pizza doesn't taste fresh. They had lot of workers there most where just standing and talking. I had a long wait even though I ordered online. I recommend pizza hut personal pan cheaper and good for 1 person if your trying to lose weight.
The employes don't use gloves to make the pizza. Just bare hands
Horrible service.. the cashiers are rude..... and today I waited for 8 minutes for them to answer their phone and they never answered. I prefer the service to on Riverside and Merril.
I was totally upset, after standing in line I finally reach the cashier, she ask me to give a second i said no problem only for her to come tell me they not taking no more orders because they busy. I held my tongue as I was furious. Their was two of us to place orders, she could have taken our order and announce outside they not taken any more orders. This was just not nice. I will never ever go to Cesar again. I think she was as rude as can be the way she spoke to me.
The cashier was quick and she got my order quickly.
Order 2 pizza online, estimated time to completion was 20 minutes. Showed up, "Sorry, your pizza isn't ready yet". Waited another 20 minutes and finally got my pizza. Not a huge deal but when walk ins order the EXACT SAME KIND OF PIZZA I ALREADY PAID FOR AND YOU PERSONALLY WALKED AWAY FROM THE COUNTER AND HANDED IT TO THEM, that is super annoying. Was in a good mood so I left and accepted it. Next time I'll just be a Kevin =)
