Customer service lacks so bad and there unprofessional with informing customers no one wants to work drive thru. Never placed a sign a cone absolutely nothing to inform people that no one wants to work drive thru, I pulled up to the window and knocked and all they did was ignore me with attitude. So I went inside and said how rude and misguiding they are. Of course they don’t care obviously but wow I’ve never seen such horrible service before at any restaurant establishment till today at this HORRIBLE location. Please go to the new Little Caesars on N. Riverside Ave next to Superior market. Kind service hot n ready pizzas also donuts next door
As others others have said , when the drive thru isn’t open they don’t take the initiative to block it off with a cone , they don’t even let customers who are waiting know, when you order via phone or online they never get the orders correct , some times always missing or they just plain give you some one else’s order, very very unprofessional, they need to hire some responsible adults here.My latest order was suppose to be cheese pizza / we’ll done / light sauce , this is far from it.
It was about 2:30pm march 26th. There was a Karen in the store. But the workers kept there cool the whole time, very professional. Excellent customer service. Great job guys
I Give this place 5 stars because I order pizzas with no sauce for my kids and they always come through..lol even when they very rarely accidentally put sauce they will correct it although I have to wait for a new one and I can respect that.I feel bad for the employees for having to deal with really rude customers at times. Keep up the good work
Horrible horrible customer service. For one employees should be wearing a name tag , secondly if we go through drive through and food isn’t ready the employees should let customers know that in a certain amount of time the employees will take the food to the customers vehicle like McDonalds , Starbucks and many other restaurants that have drive through do. Also , these “so called managers” shouldn’t be rude to customers . I feel this particular Little Ceasers, needs more managerial , employee training ! Will never go to this particular little ceasers again!
This place has a 1 Stat rating for an obvious reason. I could have chosen to order a pizza from the pizzeria next door but I didn't. Not only do they not answer their phone, and I had to wait an hour and a half for the order to be made once I get here the order was not even made because according to them I was supposed to let them know I was here. Then why do I do order online if I have to come in and announce that I'm here. I come here at the time that I'm being asked did you pick up my order not to let them know I'm here so they can start working on my order. This place is very disorganized and understaffed I don't blame the employees the problem here lies with management and whoever owns this franchise they should get their stuff together because that one star rating speaks a lot about your business. I did not get my pizza until 7:43 p.m. .
Don't waste your time using the drive-thru. You'll get your order made faster if you go into the store. The employees are all useless and stupid. They're clueless young kids who don't know anything about customer service and could care less about it. Avoid this location at all costs.
The drive thru isn't working and no one has taken an effort to inform the customers, so myself and several others waited needlessly to find out no one was going to take our orders. Once inside the employee was pleasant and took my order and retrieved the items quickly. The pizza tasted different than any other time I'd been there, not good. The m&m desert I got was delicious and made up for the bad pizza.
Never answer the phone and still manage to get my order wrong.
My pizza was delivered to the wrong apartment (other side of the complex), 30 minutes later than estimated. When we went to go look for it, since delivery driver wouldn't answer, we found it cold in the "secure location" where the pizza was left for contactless delivery... ON THE GROUND. disgusting. Customer service has not returned my call. Nope nope nope.
