The quality of my order was bad and the cashier would not make a new one nor replace what I ordered or give me my moneyThat when you taste it and the item is paid you can’t return it or anything even if you’re still inside and just finished paying because they can’t do nothingIs the policyVery expensive for things we couldn’t even eat because they were not done properly or something and had a bad tasteShake was like water and no flavor and she had barely made itCandies in a container that are on display to buy are so hard and old that can break someone’s tooth with juice stains inside bottom of containers very disgustingMangoneada was like if it was melted and re froze and has clear ice particlesNo flavor and sauce smelled old on itMango pieces were candies like licorice type but real hard and the chili stick was very dry with no flavorI have gone to different Michoacanas and they were so tasty flavorful and just what I expectedNow I’m so mad and disappointed for it was very expensive and just to have to toss it is not rightI hope you look into the issue and I can get my money for the disgusting treats being served as not what was advertised
Honestly ive never been so disappointed at this location. I went today with my family and although the girls were friendly they didnt serve anything like how the other workers normally do. We asked for mangonadas and they barely put any of the mango ice cream and mangos. We took out the spoon and it was literally half the cup full. The mangos were super green and then we asked for the hot cheeto corn in the cup and asked for extra of everything and it was still barely even anything.
The girl helping me didn't know the names of the different ice creams I pointed at. Not to mention the Ice cream was so frozen that she could not even scoop it out so I picked another ice cream and still could not scoop it out. Never going back again.
It's currently 8:35pm and the door was locked. It says they close at 9pm. I guess they are in a hurry to close and go home rather than get my money !

1st time:I asked for a agua de fresa and it had apple. I don’t know why but if they added apple they should of at least asked if it’s okay. I didn’t ask for agua de fresa y manzana it’s agua de fresa for a reason.2nd time:Two years later and I decided to give this place another chance but it’s still the same bad service… I just went for a cookies and cream shake but I got a chocolate smoothie/slushy type of drink lol…. Worst $7.50 I spent in my life lmao. On top of that the girls that were working when I went just had this attitude… I know I won’t be coming here again.
