Worst customer service. They would not let me substitute any sides on specials. They said they don't do substitutes at all. They have done them before but now they don't. I was willing to pay a difference but they said they don't do that. The "supervisor " didn't even want to give me managers number. So disappointed in their lack of willingness to work with customers who pay their check by purchasing there.
The girl running the drive thru sucks, i just wanted to purchase 2 sodas and she told me to get back in line and there was no line !
Your chicken is awesome but I have one problem, your drive thru is so tight, I have a small car and I'm so afraid of scratching or ruining my car, I want to say fix that problem please but I don't see any room unless you knock down the concrete wall???

Don’t come here in the afternoon they have me waiting 15 min to take my order and they couldn’t even say sorry for the wait or anything they don’t even say thank you, just bad customer service in general.
Bad costumer service. The person taking orders gives attitude right at the start when asking what you want to order.
There drive through sucks its to small everyone inline was scrapping the car because of the wall. An i dont know if it was on purpose or accidental, but my gravy bottom looked like it was cut and the gravy leaked all over my car seat and when i picked the bag up the bag ripped and it fell all over because it was already leaking so much the 5 min car ride home. My seat is all messed up ????
Employees at night very respectful.I was like are you always this nice to customers? My friend said. Wow did you heard how he explained things to you? Very clear. Gave us the options and informed us about what we were ordering. I don't drink soda but he asked would you rather have tea instead of soda. ? Sure. We have and went ahead and described what was available to us. No rush never raised his voice.Great attitude. I went back already 3 times.. still the same great service. Thank you KFC.
