I came in here last wk purchased 4 smoothies, I was the only customer in store & it took about 20 minutes long. The smoothies where not good at all. I'm not sure if the recipes have changed but they all tasted watered down I had 2 of them remaked because they tasted like tap water with berries. That took another 20 minutes. Almost 1 hour in there. The guy remaking put so much ice he could not blend it I saw him struggling & hitting that blender for a few minutes. (It really just needed more juice to my opinion) I sat there quietly watching it was just as bad as the first one ? I didn't make a big deal over $25. Or so. Just walked away & threw them out! Not coming bk here nor getting juice it up for a long time!

Came to the juice it up I order a acia berry bowl and I paid for the biggest one they didn’t even fill it up to the top it was like 2 inches away from being full I always order and I complained about it they told me that’s how it supposed to be
First time there but I enjoyed it. Both smooties I ordered came out perfect

I love Juice It Up. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly. The fact they have new drinks all the time is awesome because you never get tired of the options. Plus they don't get rid of "old reliables". The Limeade Squeeze is amazing...it tastes like key lime pie in a cup, a must try.
Sad to say this place really doesn't care. Or the 2 employees r super slow. This is the second time I've tried this juice it up giving them the benefit of the doubt and the same 2 employees nice gurls but SUPER SLOW. what I don't understand is that ppl place an order and expect to get there order in the order it was placed. But it seems that they do online orders first and smoothie before bowl. I'm just confused. Won't be attending this juice it up. But there were alot of ppl waiting and had a look like what's taking so long. I've should of know with all the bad reviews
Extremely slow!! I go in almost every day on my lunch break and spend 15-25 minutes of my 30min lunch waiting on a juice. EVERY TIME. Even when there isn’t customers it will take the girls 15 min to make a medium drink ??♀️
Worse service everI placed my order at 5:40 there was only a person ahead of me more people showed up and they got serve right away.I asked for my horder at 6:10 and they said we are working on it...I just walked out no coming to this place ever
