Went later in the evening. I asked for two orders of the taco. One order was supposed to be well done, no red sauce. Instead both orders (4 tacos) were well done with no red sauce. Not too sure why the mix up. Would have gone back but the other person didn't want to say anything. Other than that it would have been a 4 STAR rating. Food was what to be expected. The young man that helped us was pretty cool. Loved his energy and customer service that he provided.
I went to the Jack in the Box last night for the girls that were there only one was working in the Drive-Thru giving us food she didn't even give us ketchup or buttermilk Dollar Tree girls that were there were talking they weren't even doing their job they were blabbering and I don't think that there should be too many people working in the night in the Drive-Thru if they're not going to do their job there was three older ladies I think that the Toyota is working in the serving the food they should give her a rate do the three girls I think you should fire him I didn't like the service and when I went to ask him for Search up the word Lake route
I’m very very disappointed!! And let me say one thing I was super excited to come to jack in the box, I usually don’t ever have a problem with jack in the box until today. I came at approximately 8:00 pm I came to get a large Oreo shake. We proceeded to the window to pay and get my shake. When we got there, thee employee messed my order and made a regular shake instead when I clearly stated I wanted a large. Which wasn’t a big deal, you know just make the large now. She made the large only she didn’t do it to her full potential, you can tell she had an attitude and when she gave me my large shake it was barely filled up. And the whip cream was BARELY there too. Her name is Nadia and I just very disappointed. I attached photos below of what was given to me.
I look at Joke-in-the-box as an alternative when all other drive-thrus are packed. Breakfast even moreso. The breakfasts here can be a bit underwhelming compared to McDonalds and are a as or more expensive. I can't say that their service is better or worse. It's about average. That's just my meager opinion.
Just order the mini tacos which are incredible but the lady didn’t give me any of the sauces that it comes with, and she only gave me 23 when I clearly order the 25 piece. Not happy with my service
Place is not open 24hrs. They close from 4am to 5am. False advertising!!! This is the 4th time I come by this month after work and each time a gentleman or a lady said they do not take orders from 4am to 5am
Didn't recieve 4 tacos I order on my meal didn't give me my change due to the lack of them not having coins so I asked if they could give me a taco for the rest of the change they denied and only gave 3 sauces for a order of 3 people best believe I won't be coming back to this Jack in the box's anymore? I RECOMMEND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER complete

Horrible service . Cold fries . Then cashier at drive thru accused me of throwing fries. Not only that had complete attitude after I told her I didn’t. Then threw the fries at my car from drive thru window
I DONT USUALLY GO OUT AND TAKE MY SONS FOR TAKEOUT AND WHEN I DO I ALWAYS GET DISAPPOINTED BY THIS JACK IN THE BOX THAT OFFERS VERY COLD FOOD RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY OLD CHICKEN FOR A SIMPLE FAJITA PITA ITS NOT THE 3RD TIME OR 4Th they GIVE ME VERY COLD NUGGETS MY SON WAS UPSET AND THREW THEM AWAY RIGHT AWAY NOT EVEN THEIR FRIES ARE COLD THE CHEESEBURGER ALSO TO THE TRASH MIGHT AS WEL JUST PASS BY DRIVE THROUGH AND GIVE THEM FREE MONEY FOR NOTHING SERIOUSLY DONT COME HERE LONG WAIT RUDE SERVICE VERY COLD FOOD I MEAN COLD AND OLD !!!!!!!
