Came here to buy a chicken sandwich as I usually order in a different location but since I was near I ordered here, never again. The chicken sandwich tasted old and smelled disgusting. The service was fast but the food was really bad. I had to come back back to get my refund, but the managers attitude was bad she didn’t even Apologize. Never again!!!
Today I order at the drive-through 18 tacos I'm only less than three minutes away from there I gets home I eat one taco I look at it it's not even freshly cooked it was some left out tacos lettuce are brown tacos are cold and I called them to let them know that these tacos are not fresh y'all just pick them up probably warned them a little in the microwave and serve them to me this ain't right bad experience shame on you Jack in the Box
Did not have all the food and drinks I had paid for !!! Missing my strawberry shake and it was a large with extra whip cream
This is the 3rd time I came to this jack in the box location, and every time I got my food that wasn't fresh, the food tasted like it had been for an hour there. Food isn't supposed to be old when the customer gets it, especially when you're paying for it.
Yea fast service but food not good an my eggrolls were still frozen an my tacos taste like if they were a fue hours old was going to go back but i was running late but wont stop thier no more

Employees were nice and property was nice and well maintained. 2nd menu was broken and food wasn't very fresh. My iced coffee was good.? would maybe give them another try in the future
Don't recommend this location. Theres a pimple faced guy named George who works there who claims he's the manager he had a black man bun like a lady and he's driving all the customers away. Very rude..we ordered food for 2 family's and literally cancelled the order just for his ugly attitude. He needs to be fired or this location will continue to loose money. The people in front of us also cancelled their order as well.. nobody will put up with his ignorance.. he tries to act rude and sassy with customers and we won't have it. He needs to be fired. Let's see how sassy he is when corporate reads this review!
