Went to get a snack at my local Farmer Boys on Baseline in Rialto and again I was very pleased at the service the same manager woman that has waited on me before waited on me today and I must say she was so professional and so kind I had trouble trying to retrieve a farmer boys special in my phone and she helped me with no problems I was there today right before the 3 shift change so she's the manager in the green Top networks in the morning and she has always been so kind so I must give a shout-out for her the food of course was delicious and the restaurant clean as usual I have nothing but nice things to say I've never had a bad experience yet on customer service or the food keep up the good work I'll be back for sure
Waited in line for at least minutes. Yes it was Father’s Day so a little is expected. There was only one order taker. He was very nice and helpful. But he was also taking orders to tables, and no one took his place we waited until he was done. Then this sign was posted after I first entered. And the doors were locked. Not allowing anyone else from entering. I asked why and I was told so they could clean up for the next wave. I guess that’s one way to manage the flow. The pictures show an empty restaurant at 1:30 on a Sunday (father’s day) because no one else could come in. At the time we were the last to leave. The drive through was still taking orders. They place was clean. The food was great as expected. The service was fair. The staff were all helpful and kind.
The staff was super nice and they got my order correct but the fried zukinni tasted like the oil they fried it in was rancid. This is the best farmer boys in the area and normally they blow every other one out of the water with the taste of food. But, sadly this time around they let me down.
Went through drive-thru. Greeted quickly and food fixed just as quickly. Everything was fresh and hot. Chili cheese fries add pastrami was so good. I live out of state and can't get this dish. Just as amazing as I remembered it.
I went there this weekend and got a hog heaven burrito and it amazing. They had great service. Received my food very quickly.
A little expensive 4 breakfast meals and coffee is $60. But it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. Food is homemade. Hashbrowns crispy, French toast buttery. Everything here hits the spot. That chef they have back there knows what he's doing. ?
I invited to have breakfast with my mother, and they don't take my order because pass 1 minute after breakfast to mm e and they Wana charge for 1 kits meal plus one regular hamburger . must $24.50I think it's a little be ecpenciveI will not back that place any more.I think that's why the restaurant was empty, that was not cotumers
Was disappointed in customer service. I ordered a vanilla shake and the person who took my order never bothered to make it. I waited and nobody even looked at the screen. Finally the cook asked to the people in the front to make the shake. I saw the kid making the shake , got real messy and the kid grabbed the dirty towel that is used to clean counter and wiped the shake of the kid and cup and was gonna give it to me. I worked at a fast food before and you don’t clean drinks or anything that’s is gonna be consumed with towels that are used to clean. I told another guy in the front that I wanted another one. They did make me another but where I’m trying to get at is that if that would’ve been someone else and didn’t see it they could’ve possibly got sick. Front personal need to be trained on health and safety and customer service. I even kept the receipt for proof. I won’t eat here again
it is delicious my first time trying farmer boys. However, their food is really expensive. But the guy was really nice and very well educated. He told her to be careful just to take care of food, he was really professional, is really cool, really great service, but it takes a long time, though I'll give it some stars with it. Thanks farmer voice for your delicious food.
