I love this el pollo loco, awesome people but it’s honestly rude when I come to the drive thru and someone tells me “We’re only doing mobile orders” just for me to pull out of the drive thru, place a mobile order in 3 mins and come back to a packed drive thru and the employees at the drive thru are taking regular orders that wasn’t a mobile order. I just don’t like my time being wasted saying you guys are only doing mobile orders when you were talking regular orders. Be considerate with customers and don’t lie to them. This happened around 10:15 pm may 5th…..

Wasted our entire lunch waiting to order the food and still had the audacity to be joking around laughing into the headset.Didn’t say a word even though we asked “hello” a few times. Super unprofessional. Super inconsiderate when they have similar lunches short on time.I worked for Starbucks when I was younger & know how a drive thru can be and respect the people who are serving me. But when they have little respect for me I think it should be addressed and hopefully their manager can tell them how they can improve there was 1 car ahead of us. Drive thru fast food should be EXACTLY THAT

It's good the food but sometimes the forget little things like the some items from my food. Or sometimes take to long.

This spot is new as is the entire shopping center is new to so pretty everything they use and cook is still new and clean ?

Why is the dining area always closed? I visited yesterday and they told me that it wasn't open and to go through drive-thru and I couldn't order because I didn't have a car.

Went here 12/5/2021 at 7:50pm and the lady over the intercom named Leslie had an attitude. If you don't want to be a server then find another job. Also they didn't have flour tortilla and over charged me for my family meal, said it was suppose to be $25.99 and they charge me an extra $10. This place is a sketchy place to order at. I will be calling their corporate and make a complaint about it because when I got home they didn't even put my whole order in the bag and for that price they should of checked the order. I don't advise anyone to eat here!

They say they open at 10…. But really they open when they want too… I’ve waited outside on more than one occasion. They as well never give u everything. Something is always missing out of my meal and I have to usually go back. ??‍♀️ It’s been going on for a while now and I assume the manager doesn’t care because I have brought to their attention.

I went to pollo loco to get my dinner with my husband and we were so disappointed. We ordered a pollo bowl, chicken nachos, chipotle burrito, and a kids meal.The girl taking my order thru the drive thru NEVER advised me that they didn’t have any rice. My husband and I come home and open our food to realize our burrito and pollo bowl didn’t have any rice.I uploaded the photo of how my bowl looked when I received it. It’s so unacceptable.POLLO LOCO PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER. IF THEY WOULD OF ADVISED ME THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY RICE AT THAT TIME I WOULD OF TOOK MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. INSTEAD OF NOT TELLING ME AND HOPING I WOULDN’T FIND OUT.This happened on 11/18/2021 @ 8:30-9pm.It was a young lady who helped me.Anyone they goes here just double check your food.Unacceptable.
