I really don't like pollo loco,but went to buy the new rage,! Hard shell tacos the birria. Omg. I was impressed!!!! They are really good n tastyA must try for all, a bit pricey, but well done ?

The creamy cilantro was so watered down when I poured in on my tostada it literally made everything so soggy.Killed my appetite.Took forever to place an order, and the “double chicken” was more like the bare minimum.Whoever is trying to spread things thin to save money is gonna run this location out of business.

Disappointment, for sure I'm for sure taking my business else where. I ordered a 12 piece and 3 Xtra sides just to come home and every container be half full. Not 3/4, but half. I ordered Xtra because it's never enough for my family and I paid for more but got the same amount.

This location has higher prices with less quality. Location in rancho is much better and cheaper. Also this location closes earlier than the posted times. 9:30 they close everything and turn the lights off. Either give the staff more time to close down or change the time to whenever they are currently closing it.

The manager should never argue with the customer, especially when the wrong order was given to the wrong customer and you take someone's entire lunch break telling them the order was already picked up. I ordered my food an hour before my lunch so my co-worker and I could eat and enjoy our food with ease. When I arrived at this pollo loco, I was given another order. I gave them the food right back after checking the receipt and politely told them that the order was wrong. A woman at the pick up counter asked what my order was, I told her, and she told me to wait a couple minutes. I get called up to the manager telling me the order was picked up through drive through. I told her I just arrived at the location, obviously not drive through. She kept repeating my order was already picked up and basically took up my entire lunch. First and last time I visit this pollo loco.

Really good experience. I know several locations close early but really appreciate this one being open late. I'm only reviewing because however makes the avocado salsa is fire?it's thick and tastes unique, don't change it!. The flavor of the food is different from others as well. 10/10!

Food is always good. Lots of healthy choices. However, this location is like 55 degree's inside! Very uncomfortable for indoor dining.

I placed an online order at 11:00am and it said it would be ready by 11:08am. Got to the restaurant at 11:15am and the restaurant wasn't open yet. Not a sign that said it would open at a certain time, nothing. Saw some employees inside and after going through the drive-thru and knocking on the window a couple of times, they finally come and say they are not opening until 12:00pm. I told him I have an online order and he proceeded to tell me that, "You can either cancel the order or wait outside until 12 to pick it up if you want."I tried to cancel the order on the app and it prompted me to call the store for any changes. I call the store to cancel and they say they can't do anything about it. I told them what the app was telling me and he said "you can contact whatever app you used and cancel it through there." I told him it was through the Pollo Loco app and he said there was nothing he could do, to contact customer service. I asked for the number and said he didn't have it, that I could google it. I just hung up.I understand there are staffing shortages but communication needs to be key in these situations. Place signs that have updated operating hours even if they have to be updated daily. Place a cone in the drive-thru to let customers know it is closed. If a customer asks for a corporate number or a customer service number don't tell them to google it. From someone who has worked retail I know that these numbers are plastered at various locations. I just came to vent and give my 2 cents here instead of going off on some employee.

I went by on drive-thru and was helped by Angel. He was very polite and helpful and he had a really good energy about him while presenting himself as very professional and respectful. Thanks for the excellent customer service Angel!

Came here at 9 for an uber eats order, and drive thru is closed. The sign on the door says they close at 10 and both lobby and drive thru are closed. I could see 3 workers in there talking. Had to cancel the order because of these kids closing this place early
