I order a 3 PC meal and they give me the 2 pc I ask to correct the order and they try to charge $2. Dollars more them what it cost normally. And then they give the wrong order again and also the chicken was over cook burn isn’t about the money is about been correct. I will never stop at Pollo Loco again they used to have a great service and chicken but this is the second time that it happened
What a cluster F of an experience! The lobby was locked so I drove thru to order. The person taking the order with a bit disorganized but I laughed it off. At the window I had to remind him, several times, what we ordered and required along with the meal. My mistake was driving off before double checking. They forgot our drink and utensils and the chicken bowl was more like stew. I have no idea where all the liquid was coming from, but I'm assuming it was from the pinto beans since there was very little lettuce. Hopefully management does a better job at running this place in the future.
We just left the drive through. The guy gave my sister the tortilla soup amost opened burned her hand, and spilled in her car.. he literally just gave her the soup open no bag nothing just like there... went in he was there the lady flipping the chickens did nothing and i called her well the guy came back and what tf can i tell him if he wont care to what he did. She's pregnant and getting burned!!!! Insane
They often close the dining and only have the drive thru open. The wait is at least 30 minutes to get your food even if it's ready , it will just sit there with everyone standing around looking like they are doing something. Last time they were out of chicken !! Management here should be replaced at the pollo loco in Fontana on Sierra ave. Never have this problem at the pollo loco in Rialto on Riverside ave.
Got the double chicken bowl with basically no chicken this place is horrible
Bought the birria burrito. They should just called it rice burrito. Not worth it. And also the supervisor had a problem when you add food on the window. It was just a taco. Seems that she doesn’t care to keep customer happy. And she gave an attitude to her employee that was super nice to add my taco. I thank Johan for adding my chicken taco.
If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I’ve come here a total of 4 times. The first three times I bought the same thing (salad with taquitos in it). Every time I bought it, it looked different? The first time it was just lettuce chicken cheese and ranch. The second time it had avacados and the last time it had corn and some pepper. No consistency.Today though, I came to try the birria quesadilla. When we got to the window the lady was very rude. We ordered the box that is suppose to come with a drink. When we were done asking for it she said “anything else” and we said yeah (in short) if you don’t ask for the drink we won’t give it to you(even though you’re paying for the drink). She then said anything else again to which we told her what drinks we wanted. When we got to the window we asked for a cup holder she looked at. Us then walked alway. She was very rude. Aside from that she forgot my drink, taco and churro. She also had long acrylic nails with is gross because your not suppose to have those on while you work with food and if you do the least you can do is put on fine gloves seeing as to how unsanitary that was.On to my food. Awful. There was like a couple pieces of mean, the cheese was not melted and the consume was disgusting. It tasted like the red enchilada sauce from the can. Ww!Overall very bad experience and will not be coming here again.
Reading this place low I do not recommend I've rated this place before manager reached out to me I didn't reply I think I will now waited in line drive through for 20 minutes to get next to the speaker and have a girl talk to me and then switch me to a guy and then he took my order. So disappointed with Pollo loco it used to be such a great place to eat.
Went through the drive through and ordered the Double Chicken Tostada with a large Root Beer with light ice and an exter container of the Cilantro sauce which costs extra. I pay, get my food, and drive away. Get back to work to find I was given the regular Chicken Tostada, the Root beer was half ice, and they gave me a tiny container of the green salsa that wasn't even half full instead of the Cilantro sauce. I looked at the recipe and they charged me for everything I ordered, but it was more expensive than what the drive through sign said it was, and they didn't give me what I ordered.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
They charged me for food I didn't receive... The employees at drive thru were nice... But wish they would of paid attention to my order more. Also the food does not taste the same.
