Slowest drive thru ever & the orders are messed up often.. they're not open 24 hours anymore, it's now 1am.. last time I went around 12:30 they were in there ignoring customers myself & another person just left. Another time I went it was close to closing time & there was about 3 cars behind me & the lady taking orders accused me of moving the stupid chair. Pretty rude. Get a cone!! I won't be going here anymore. The Del Taco on S. Riverside is much better & faster service.
Ordered in the drive thru, at the North Riverside Ave, Rialto location:I ordered a #1 combo with Strawberry Lemonade, no ice, as the drink, and ice was put in the cup. I mentioned to the cashier and she had the drink corrected, after mentioning to me that the order taker indicated "No ice". As she handed it to me, it didn't seem like strawberries were put in, so I asked her, and she said there were. After I get home, I opened up the lid, and I was "lucky" to have 2 pieces of strawberries in the cup. Smh. I didn't bother calling because I wasn't going to drive back for that to be fixed again. Please make sure the correction is done correctly. The food was good, no skimping on the cheese or meat. Thank you for that.

Went through drive thru and they allowed 2 orders that enabled us to use 2 rewards! I had a Happy Birthday free shake offer that expired today and was no longer showing on my Del Taco app. I showed the email that had 2/9 expiration date and the Manager was working the drive thru window and accepted it! We also used reward on 2nd order for free medium fries. The service was friendly from start of ordering, using rewards and paying for other items ordered! The food was good too!!
This particular Del Taco is NOT the place to go, of you're looking for speedy, accurately ordered food! Every order had something wrong with it (we ate inside and watched as customers before us and after us had their orders goofed up!) Walk up counter... Guaranteed to be ignored - very poor management (lack thereof)!

Drive thru line is usually a long wait, customer service is average and something is missing 8/10 times. It's local and food quality is better than other Del Tacos in the area, but you can tell the affects of COVID really hit em hard and they haven't adjusted very well.Hope to see them on their feet soon because this used to be a family favorite and about one of the only places that got our order right most of the time, would like to see it back to that.
It is going downhill a bit. The tacos are not as full as they use to be. Also I can not find a Del Taco that is open inside. I wonder if they have give to drive through only.
Aren't you 24 hours 1am and you have chairs blocking your drive thru.Not only that its been like a month now and they can't respond to an email about the money they owe me for a order that I never received. Smh horrible!!!!! These places are getting worse every day.
We always do Taco Tuesday! Tacos, burritos, churros. Always a tasty bargain.
