Chicken overdone, dry, not worthy to eat. Biscuit without butter and honey. No coleslaw.... the're lack of care and customer service definitely not up to par.Don't waste your money.Would rather not gu e any stars.Will not ever try it again.
The chicken was good but not that hot. The drive-through worker had an argument with the lady in the car in front of me, and she refused to drive off, so this technically wasn't their fault. I'm assuming my chicken sat in the bag during the argument getting cold ???
The chicken and biscuit meal, hellooooo! For those who like a slightly sweeter biscuit no one beats Church's chicken. The chicken tasted good but smelled fishy and sir at the window was short tempered. (Sigh) A girls gotta eat, so I'll be back, reluctantly tho ??♀️
I was able to feed the family for a decent price but the wait time to get food here was terrible. Took 30 mins to get through the fast-food line and 30 plus to wait for them to bring me the food. They had 7 cars lined up waiting for food. I'm not sure if they are undermanned or are just slow but if you want to get food and a decent nap while you do this is the place to go.
After having a go around with the woman on the mic about not wanting a combo for my 3 peace dark and a corn on the cob.I get home to prepare my Grandson plate only to find out that this vindictive Witch had place the wooden stick in the corn with the pointed end on the outside. My order was placed between 5:30 and 5:45. From now on I will take my time and examine my orders before leaving the drive though window and or the walk in.
Good customer service. Drive thru lines went quick just hard to hear the employees thru the speaker. Food came out hot and fresh.
Smh cashier was RUDE and had an attitude . I stood 5 minutes waiting to have my order taken off finally someone took my order and I ask for fresh chicken and that got a whole different attitude I finally received my order and it was refried hard chicken burnt I watched them drop fresh chicken in but I didn’t get fresh chicken I was told I needed a mask before I came in but as I waited to other customers came in without mask they weren’t told to go get a mask they were told to wait until theStore was empty and they could come back in I wasn’t offered that option they pretty much weren’t going to serve me if I didn’t have a mask the store was nasty and dirty nobody had gloves to cook touch the cashier his face a couple of times from sweat and then went to fries and decided to bag them up it was very gross and so now I sit here with my box of chicken and it’s just horrible that I spent my money and waited almost 15 to 20 minutes and was still served what I did nott request DISAPPOINTED AND THIS IS WHY I GO TO POPEYES AT LEAST once a week
Seems to be a pandemic of always forgetting items going through the drive thru. There is no double checking the order anymore, apparently. Just horrible to pay for food and not receive the entire order when you drive away. ?
Its been a while since I've eaten here and myself as well as my family have always loved Church's food, but we were really disappointed this time on the service and the food itself. The food was really overcooked and just not good at all and very expensive!! I'd have to think about it twice to go back again.
I walk into getw a large drink, this lady required a mask. ?Why its san Bernardino county. Mask are not mandate for dining in? An aa im walking out i see drive thru people no wearing a mask as employees arw makinf contact with them?
