I think this location needs too follow Starbuck's lead with a sign on the front door that reads..."Day Off for employee stand down TRAINING".Not just for race relations but customer service techniques as well.This location is quite the busy one, but often times im left waiting trying to figure out whos the one that gloves up to help me. Everyone is too busy...till another customer walks in behind me! Then all of a sudden they magically have time"Can I help who is next?" ?During Lunch this location can be exceptionally busy. So it surprised me to walked inside an empty restaurant so close to noon to cleanliness and maybe 8 staff very busy behind counter. I Noticed one lady being served and in keeping my COVID distancing I still FELT her nervousness... she kept looking over both shoulders so I gave her due space and sat down two stools away from her with my phone and Starbucks. Hasn't been maybe 50 secs with no greeting or "we will help you shortly" three of the female employees started giving me that "Oklahoma Southern Look". WATCH HIM...WHATS HE DOING HERE look.Im still looking at employees and manager in charge Louie, says something at the back sink and three people start peeking in my direction. Im feeling uncomfortable here... in my Cal Poly sweater and shorts! Nothing threatening... no military uniform. Not even a word and still waiting to be served. I eventually got to my meal order that I was craving ... but why one star?I was beginning to think someone is going to call 911 and make up something petty and trivial. There are some people in my travels that act just like scared little birds... and not knowing much better. ??Well I once again leave all of you with my off color perspectives. Just uncomfortable to stay and eat here anyways.Some businesses pick and choose their customers...because of something sooooo thin, is this one of them?I miss living in Japan for just these reasons. You should see how friendly they are there. ?
i love the salad w/black beans, corn,pico de gallo,brown rice, chicken ,and i litle chesse.
Love coming here for lunch. This Chipotle specifically has been fantastic at making my orders. Will continue to come back.
3 out of 5 because I ordered 3 burritos de pollo.The 1st burrito I got was from a guy with white dyed hair. He served it with a good amount of chicken. I quickly ate it and then went back in line to buy 2 more to go. The girl that made them the second time literally just put like half a spoon of chicken in each one! I felt like I got ripped off. I go to Chipotle alot and this is the 1st time I've ever come across someone so interested in making sure their chicken doesn't run out!!!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEDISRESPECTFUL. server was rude and the Night Manager tried to apologize with no real Considerationl of how poorly we were being treated. I would HATE TO BELIEVE WE WERE TREATED THIS WAY BECAUSE WE 'RE BLACK!!!!
My husband and I both ordered a salad bowl. My bowl was vegetarian & his was with double protein (meat). My complaint is that when I place a mobile order my order doesn’t come the way it’s supposed to be. This is not my first time going through this with chipotle, sometimes it’s convenient for me to place a mobile order. On the vegetarian bowl I paid for EXTRA white rice and on my bowl was the “normal” amount they usually would give. On his bowl it was a salad bowl which was supposed to include salad and that was not there. I even left notes on the mobile order on how I wanted it. I just wish the staff would follow the notes or specifications that are there.
Food was good Don't care for the relaxed covid protocol probably won't go back no division between tables

Last time I was there I got the pork burrito. Four hours later I had the worst case of food poisoning I've ever had in my life. Stomach cramps that felt like labor pains. Running from both ends for the rest of the day and all night long. I also got a steak bowl for lunch the next day. It went in the trash that night.
Always good to eat here, but not all chipotle have a good flavor. Toda place was really good, well seasoned.. yum yum ?
