Had a very rude experience this morning with a male manager, who was very unprofessional with handling my complaint of them opening an HOUR LATE, due to maintenance.That's something you do during closing hours not opening hours by the way. He told me to come back in an hour, but I was on my lunch break, and them not being open on time was an inconvenience. They were doing online orders, so nothing prevented them from taking my order at the door. So instead of trying to resolve the issue, that "manager" escalated it, by talking down to me in front of another customer. I met his rude tone and clearly he didn't like it and walked away saying "have a nice night", when it's clearly MORNING, but he can't tell difference since he has transition glasses on. He needs retraining on how to remain PROFESSIONAL, not take complaints personally and to learn to resolve them appropriately, do not to not make matters worse.
Got there at 9 and it was closed, when online and on their window it says they close at 10.Employees were not even nice about letting us know.Do your employees need a raise to have a good attitude towards a paying customer?
Everyone working was wearing a mask today- *except the person handling the food*. Ive been careful since the pandemic started- and If.i get covid from this place I will be angry...
terrible customer service from most of the staff except the cashier named mia. the females serving the burritos are rude and disrespectful they look at eachother while your ordering as if they dont know what your talking about. the guy helping them is very demanding and rude. very bad experience l over all. I've been to other chipotles and never had a terrible experience as I had at this one. I went in on february 12, 2021 at around 2:20pm. It's sad to know there's people that really dont enjoy there job and decide to take it out on the customer's if this is the case with them they should look elsewhere and let someone who really need's and wpuld enjoy working here work. they make a good business terrible.

Just a reminder…this has been the Best Chipotle location since it opened that I’ve ever been to. Always super fresh and the employees are Wonderful. I posted a screenshot from my bf from 4 hrs ago when they were super kind to me & gave me my meal for free.

It's been a while since we been at this Chipotle spot kinda disappointed on the staff he rush us on our order like he was in a race didn't get a chance to get even we wanted on our bowl... I thought customer was first it felt more like he was first, hopefully they get this fix or they'll be loosing alot of customers...
By far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I went in to pick up a mobile order and I waited 15 minutes for my order and it never came out, only to find out my order was ready the whole time I was there and it wasn’t even on the shelf it was just sitting up from behind the cashiers desk! Very unprofessional of the employee I would give this place zero stars if I could! I strongly advise everyone to go elsewhere!
