We all know that the food here is good. But be warned…:if you order from their app for delivery….THEY WILL leave items out. This is now a trend with this particular restaurant in Rialto. I’ve ordered from their app for delivery quite a few times, and they leave items out. I called the manager and all they say is “They’ll put it in the system to replace the item next time I go”. I call B.S. on that. This place will rip you off. These people do not pay attention to detail when filling an order for delivery. They need to train their people to PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS! My fault now for giving them the benefit of the doubt. Management needs to fix this problem. These kids they have working do not pay attention. You’ve been warned.
Had my simple order messed up in the drive through and had to go inside to fix the mistake. The 3 stars is definitely all for the associate who helped me today.Owen was so incredibly helpful and diligent to getting my order fixed quickly and even checked in with me while I was waiting to make sure everything was handled. Even though he had completely different tasks and was running around everywhere as he was an outdoor associate for the day, he was so genuine to take the time out of his routine to check in on me and that’s why he deserves all the stars.
The staff here was the best. We happened to show up right before the indoor dining area was scheduled to open. As we turned to walk away the manager (I assume) came out and invited us to come in early if we wanted to while we waited for them to open. Super cool. Oh and the food was good, as always!
Great food and great service. Staff is awesome and super smart.Parking and drive through is absolutely terrible. If you have 30 mins for a "fast run" then praise to you. Smart people stay away or walk your butt inside.
I don't know what is going on with this restaurant the past few weeks the food has been very inconsistent but today was so bad I had to write this review to other people who like me eat hear once or twice a week. The food today had no flavor tasted blad the soda had no taste it tasted like carbonated tap water the syrup is not being replaced as it should but the worst was the hair in my soup that was the last straw. I noticed alot of employees were wearing casual clothing and that's fine but hair nets should still be enforced.I will not be coming back to this location I will just drive to the rancho location even if it's a little further out to avoid bad experiences like this.
Psst...I don't EAT anything from the menu and my 5 star rating isn't for the food. TMI, the chicken tore my stomach up once. I still get the shivers when I think about what it did to me. *Takes long drag from cigarette*HOWEVER, my children still brave the place and on one such adventure I saw a drink bring advertised: The Sunjoy ? It's half sweet tea and half lemonade. Honestly, I can't get enough of the stuff!! I will say, the staff is incredibly polite, fast service, and fair prices.
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I have come to this location multiple times and it’s always something. Normally our fries are not even full. A large is filled as a medium. My most recent experience is why I’m writing this review. I always use my app to pay and after it was scanned the money was no longer there and they said the order didn’t go through that I needed to re order. But the money had already left the app. After holding up the line for 30 minutes they did nothing to help us and made us pay again saying the first order didn’t process and come back to my account the next day. It’s been over a week and nothing is back on my account. I’ve made multiple attempts to get ahold of someone and have heard nothing back. This chick fil a has terrible customer service
DO NOT DO DINE IN/CARRY OUT DURING LUNCH! I came in, sat down, and wasted half my lunch time here, didn't even have a server/host/hostess come take my order.You would be better off going through the drive through if it isn't completely full.Their food is good, but what a monumental waste of time..
Surprising when I went there was not that long of a line. There is always a line but not this time. Which was nice I didn't have to spend 20 minutes waiting. It was fairly quick and they never get my order wrong. My drink is never wrong, there's never anything missing from my order. That's one thing I definitely appreciate. And they always have cheerful attitudes. Always a plus when they are polite. Don't ever chance that about this place. Hire good people who brighten up a day.
Love there salads . The attendant was very nice and our order was ready so fast. She also came back to ask us if we needed anything else. For sure I will comeback ! I have no regrets.
