I asked for chicken tenders and they gave me a chicken sandwich. Terrible communication, decent food. Overall three out of five stars.
Food cold, fries warm, chicken sandwich not as shown in picture. Had only 1 pickle and void of mayo or dressing. Won't get my buisness again.
Oder took some time, it wasn't even busy and when we got the food the fries weren't warm and the onion rings were hard as hell.
People were nice enough. The drive thru was quick enough, but I guess service can be quick when you are handing out Cold food.
It was nice after working for the corp and getting 100% myserty shopper scores in 2007 in Brea. CA.(its close now poor sales) I wanted the spicy chicken wrap in lettuce which was iconic. Overall, the food is fantastic but every time I order a cinnamon roll it doesn’t come with the white cream. Like.. who eats it plain without the cream? I could buy it myself at the store for cheap instead.(w/ cream)
Priciest out of all the fast food chains but you can taste why.
I usually have no problem using coupons on food got a birthday coupon in email it says show or print to team member went to use it and they said they can not accept it bc I have to print it and I have to pay full price forget it will not come no more

Waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru line, waiting to order. Pull up to order. Ask for a small chocolate shake. No big deal. Sorry we don't have shakes at the moment. So I waited 20 minutes in line to order. Then another 10 minutes before I could get out of line. You should really have an updated sign posted at your drive thru entrance of everything you don't have. That way it's known before anyone gets into the line.
