This is the quality pizza they sell. The worst !!!And the customer service is same bad
Good pizza, I love it because they have vegan options and their build your own pizza is a bit larger and has better price than mod pizza or pieology. Blaze pizza also tastes way better in my opinion.
It was actually a decent pie. Good dough and sauce. The cheese is definitely on the thinker side so a little greasy but no complaints on any of the other toppings. Decent and quick no complaints.
The wait just to order the pizza was more than 40 minutes. Our three pizzas were burnt black on the bottom of the crust. When I told the person working near the oven, he asked if I was sure it was burnt, so I showed him. He said it was probably from the thick black stuff that was left on the bottom of the oven and pointed out that it was just being cleaned. I replied that whatever it was, it made the pizzas taste bad, for which he simply gave a weak apology. Another customer overhead me and agreed that her pizza was burnt as well. She said she was waiting for a remake. After waiting an hour already for our dinner, we were over it. Very disappointed and we won't be back.
I ordered the build your own high rise pizza. I loved that it was fluffy dough with multiple toppings! Will definitely be coming back. Salad was decent but the salad dressing was not the greatest.
These employess attitudes were horrible!!! i usually dont leave reviews especially negative ones but i had to because it was absolutely ridiculous, nobody smiled AT ALL, nobody spoke or greeted my husband and I when we walked in, the girl who made the pizza "anything elsed" us to death!! and then the girl boxing the pizzas acknowledged another guest that was waiting at the counter by saying "do you need something?" now i see why companies shove customer service a smile and positive attitude down your throats in a work place because it really makes a difference! the negativity rubbed off on my food because the pizza was gross that day and i usually love blaze!
I love this Blaze pizza location. The employees are very efficient & work well together in getting everyone through the line as quickly as possibly. My pizza always tastes so fresh & yummy.
My bf and I bought 2 pizzas, 2 drinks yesterday and a brownie. Unfortunately we realized the cashier didn’t give us our brownie and my bf threw away the receipt. So I happened to be next door the next day and I let them know about it and an employee told me they couldn’t do anything about it. I was disappointed that he bought it for me on Valentine’s Day and they didn’t give it to us because he threw away the receipt in the restaurant.
it is similar to other blaze pizzas around. You will find plenty of workers around so you don't have to wait. You get your pizza ready in less than 10 min. Overall it was a great experience and the staff was very friendly. it felt like they were tired.
I was excited to eat some pizza, but when I walked in, An employee here said he couldn't serve me, because they only serve their own kind here. All I had to do was join their cult, and I would be one of them, but I politely declined. They think it's a religion, but everyone who's in a cult always denies it. It was a sad sight.
