Having a Vietnamese Wife means your going out of your way to find authentic style food. Valley Sandwiches is one of our go to places for banh-mi sandwiches. Close to Reseda and Sherman way, it's a little shop not fancy but really good.
The sandwiches here are amazing. I had not been to this shop but a friend recommended it. It was a little out of my way but worth the detour. Food was ready in 15 minutes of my arrival. Will be stopping here again.
This was recommended to me by a Vietnamese friend. I love its tofu sandwich and all the friends I’ve introduced to here love its sandwiches.
Very sorry to say, this place isn't what it used to be and prices nearly doubled...there's better options in this area.

The chicken bahn mi is my favorite!!! I’ve had enough now to say the flavor is consistent. The bread is nice and warm and toasted with lots of veggies!!! Definitely good bread/veggie/chicken ratio in comparison to other places I’ve tried!!! My coworker really likes the egg and veggie!!! Must try
