Great coffee great service. The young lady with pink hair "Emily" is always in a great mood and happy to help. Someone new made my coffee and made it wrong. When I went in to have it fixed , the new young lady had a bad attitude, like it was my fault. Not very friendly and rude. Emily stepped in and took care of me. Thank you Emily. You really helped this old man.
Customer service was bad this morning. I ordered something which l wanted and they made something else, and didn’t even tell me that my order was ready. When I ask them is my order ready and gave me something else. Not only that when l leave, they were laughing….bad customer service ??????????
Decent, your usual Starbucks. Wouldn’t recommend the chocolate almond espresso, but I guess that’s personal preference.
This location is not one of the best I order on line and when I puck up my order I was waiting for more than 5 minutes and the parking lot is ready bad
My experience there was typical Starbucks crowded even in the Drive Thru. I've been traveling from Las Vegas to Arizona to California and they're have all been the same. I just feel they need to come up with a system that allows our customers to get in and out in less than 5 minutes. The majority of people coming in and out of here on your way to work or on your lunch break nobody has time to wait 20 or 30 minutes just for a cup of coffee. In my case it's hot chocolate. I don't drink coffee. So I don't go in Starbucks very often for me that's not a comfortable place standing around all that time. any restaurant text take longer than 15-20 minutes to feed/serve a customer needs to hire more people. They just seemed money hungry it's not customer friendly to make people wait that long. Or everybody should order their coffee after they get out of the shower cuz most likely by the time they get dressed and get there it'll be sitting there waiting for them. LOL

I got here with my sister all the time and we love the customer service we definitely will be coming back.
The drinks are good. I just hope they got rid of the staff that had zero empathy for my bf when he was dying in their bathroom and they seemed completely unphased about it and continued to work. They also didn’t have a key for their own bathroom. The staff would not even give me a penny or anything to open the door. Only one person did but when she saw that I had told the cops on the phone that their was no key to their door and that they weren’t really trying to help. I can’t believe they continued to work and let people in despite what was happening. They are lucky I’m not suing but I hope my bf does one day for their lack of empathy and lack of ethical practices. I put a 3 because I’m at least thankful for the staff I’ve seen now so far. They’re sweet.
Unfortunately SOME (far from all) of the baristas at this Starbucks are somewhat intellectually deficient.. This assessment is based on their inability to follow simple instructions.. Please be mindful of this shortcoming when ordering at this particular location..
