this location on reseda and vanowen i was here today n the african american lady name zoila was rude and racist that were serving refused to give plates n started laughing with other cowworkers in front of me never coming here but will come to speak with manager i had to leave with incomplete order which restaurant does not provide utencils since u come in she gives you dirty looks then i belive the daughter of zoila was at store waiting till her shift was over she got up from where she was there to say things to us customers this place with lady there soon you will stay with no customer if this racism and disrespect continues
For a 20-piece chicken order, it took them 15 minutes which is not bad at all. Chicken was spicy enough and crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Love Louisiana style chicken!

Food was good. Better than the stupid one on vanowen & reseda. Very busy but it was lunch time. The drink was watered down so watch the fountain drinks...one star lost for that
We went there this evening, to order the $6 meal , my son ask for corn, no corn, than he asked for fries , no fries , ...this was suppose to come with two sides , ...than my son asks for Cole slaw , 50 cent charge for the Cole slaw , this is so unacceptable, ? ....You need to offer better sides if you offer the $ 6 deal that comes with 2 sides , and not charge the customers for your lack of Services " .....this is not good business " ..Shame on Popeye's...." ..Get your business in order " ...my first time here, the last time here "...

At this moment l went to get somethin to eat. At the same time was camin a lady from trashcan. Its almost closin the store , and she toke my order and i dint see any intention on was her hands. She was no wearing any gloves. So I let she know that. If you are take my order out wash your hands OMG. SHE GOT OFEND ON THA. EVEN TOLK TO COWORKER AND SAID THEY TOKE WORST THING... NO WAY SO I ANSWER COME ON IS FOOD THA YOU GONNA TOUCH. UNBELIABLE.... GUYS BECARFULLY IF YOU GO THERE.... WE NEVER KNOW WHO HANDLYN YOUR FOOD.

Everytime I come in there is a heavy set dark lady that spoke spanish and English, she always rude with an attitude in addition she continously keeps putting sanitizer all over her hands and keeps touching her face mask continuously further more I always pay with a hundred dollar bill but last night she said I have no change, I ordered 50.00 worth of food. After so many years of being a loyal customer my Company and I will not return. All the other employees are very friendly and helpful.
This place has great food! From the moment you enter, there are many kinds of orders to choose from. Once you get the food you order, the smell of it will even tempt you to try it before you get to your destination. I would recommend this place for a quick stop to get lunch!
Dry over cook old chicken sandwich. The worst I have ever had. Woupd not recommend. Definitely a old piece of children never going back there ever again
