The service was quick and the delivery person went the extra mile to bring the food to my unit.
I thought I had payed for the stuffed cheese crust pizza hence the extra $5 on the deal that the website offers but when I got home it was not that and was very disappointing. What was the five extra dollars that I paid for?
Staff forgot.to give me beverage included in the meal bundle. I called to see if it could be delivered since it was their mistake and was told it could not be delivered and I could.only get store credit. Horrible!! I should of at least been offered a refund for the amount of the 2liter drink.
I was impressed with this pizza, which is not too common these days. It was a pan crust, white sauce, mushroom, sausage and onion pizza. The white sauce and the crust seem to be what made it so good. It was nice to be able to get it so late when everyone else was closed. The fees for delivery make a transaction like this ridiculously overpriced, so I probably won't be doing this again. Still, it was quite good. Leftovers were good too.
Picked up a large pizza there. It was and still is the best pizza ? in Tarzana. Thanks Pizza Hut.
I can’t trust this place no more ? I was so hungry last night I called this place and ordered a dinner box and they told me they would arrive in 45 minutes but my pizza never came. ?♂️ Then they tried lying to me saying that the driver was outside and couldn’t get in but I was looking outside the whole time. Then they said they tried calling me but that was a lie also I received no calls . I know we’re all in this 9-5 position but we should at least be considere it for others . ?
They are super slow. They have no clue what customer service is. I won't go there again.
I never get paper plates, napkin or condiments like cheese or peppers. It should be a given that it is finger food, so atleast provide some napkins please. other than this service is ok.
Best pizza in had in a long time. In them cinnamon sticks was amazing. Will be ordering again for now on
When I entered the restaurant (since no one was answering the phone the 3 times that i called for my contactless curbside pick-up) no one could tell me what the additional $5 charge was for on my $13 dinner box. I left irritated and said I would deal with it later.
