Well, when I clicked to submit my order, it was supposed to cost me $15.25, which included a $1 tip. When I picked up my pizza, they had charged me $27.72. The pizza was also not that good. Skimpy on the toppings.
The pizza and the wings were overcooked I called for a manager and I was put on hold for 20 minutes so I hung up please make this right but I will post negative reviews online
I ordered a veggie delight and instead I got a few veggies and pepperoni... The two people who wanted it went out and got another from one of your competitors... I wasted my money. Pizzas in the trash minus one piece I ate.
I requested to have the special garlic parmesan on my pizzas. Since you do not have the option on your app, I typed it in the special instructions. This is the 2nd time that those special instructions were not followed. Other than that, Pizza Hut is still our favorite pizza...only next time we will order on the website or in person...or maybe you can fix your app?! Thanks

I'm done with pizza hut this company has gotten worse. I ordered a Detroit style pizza and got cheese bread with no sauce. I also found out all the points I accumulated from their app expired. The final straw for me was the over a dollar service charge they charge only California customers. Forget pizza hut, got to roundtable or some local mom and pop shop that has quality pizza and care about their customers to not charge the a stupid service fee.
They wouldnt even add a ranch onto my order or offer to throw it in the bag AFTER I already ordered it and forgot to add it, even willing to pay for it. So I have to cancel my order and re-order it, taking twice as long. What is wrong with yall? Canceling my order and ordering from a mom and pop.
The order always gets here fast and hot, and the team member is very friendly
WE ORDERD ON LINE AND WATED, AFTER 45 MIN, GOT A MAIL THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH YOU ORDER, CALL THIS MUNUMBER. i CALLED THE GUY SAID, SORRT WE CANNOT HELP YOU. SO WE ORDERED DOMEINOS. THIS HAPPED TWICE.
