First of made a phone call order when I got my order it was completely incorrect they told us they don’t believe we did the order wrong and they were terribly disrespectful and told us we were in the wrong. They have no customer service and we ask for refund and told us no. They think we were lying and telling us that over the phone. Wow horrible and I mean horrible customer service
The food is very good the attention you can not ask for more and what more can I say the place has inside and outside to eat
We loved everything about this place! We came at just the right time, before or right at the Sunday lunch rush. My husband had a steak burrito and fries, I had enchiladas rancheras, both excellent and just had for lunch today, tasting just as good as when we had them yesterday.
It's so good I drive from Burbank to Reseda just for there great food. Every thing on the menu isfantastic. Enjoy
Fresh? Carnitas used on my torta was old and hard, the chicken taquitos were chewy and chicken was not soft.Nothing fresh about this restaurant. Waste of money and no flavor
Absolutely love it here .. but they have burnt my quesadilla twice.. I’m there’s a reason why I come here otherwise I would stay home and burn it myself
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My family and I used ot love this place but they managed to mess up our orders the past 4 times. Usually it's just missing items. This time we were missing items AND given some random weird wet burrito that we didn't even order. Shame on them and shame on me for giving them a second, third and fourth chance! It's hard to imagine that they don't do this intentionally!
The best Mexican food I've ever had. I love their crunchy tacos, their salsa is fresh and my burrito had very good quality asada! Thank you Melody's.I noticed that all the negative reviews are people with poor grammar. If you don't like this place, you're probably an idiot who should just stick with taco bell... LolMelody's is authentic and I truly appreciate it. Muchas Gracias!
I go here often mostly because if their hard shell chicken tacos. Everything is delicious there. The only thing they can truly improve on is their phone practices. When they're close they don't have a voicemail stating so and you don't realize they are closed until you get there. Also during busy times, they allow the phones to ring and ring even with someone standing by the phone. I've witnessed it many times. Other than that, Melodys is one of the best Mexican food places in the Valley.
I love the food (to me exquisite:) just me and the place unique but and this is the reason I give them a 4 stars not 5 stars is because they have two options of kids meal....the food for kids meal is ok but they need to put more selection also why they have the menu cover? Ummmm....is it because of covid? I don't know but I would like them to uncover the menu with pictures and more selection.
