Ordered the Jack Harlow meal and was extremely disappointed. 1st the drive thru took forever but I was patient since I heard the driver in front of me order a bunch of food. The driver behind me was not as he tapped his horn a couple times. 2nd they said it would take 2min to make fries and for me to park. 3rd I get my order and can clearly see the burger in the foil lined bag. The employees didn’t bother closing it and I felt the chicken was barely above room temp. Also the top bun was completely squished down. Like an employee intentionally squashed it. What was the point of that?! I told them I wasn’t the one who honked! I added a biscuit as well and it wasn’t in the paper holder. Just sticking 1/3rd in. Clearly not warm any more. I’ve never received such horrible service. I haven’t been to KFC for years and decided why not but my first time back was a complete disappointment and I understand why their lines are never long. I only give 2 stars bc the Mac was at least hot since it was at the bottom but they didn’t even give me a spoon/fork. Also, has anyone seen the ingredients on their honey packets?! It’s not even honey! 7% and it is the 4th ingredient next to “high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, sugar, honey 7%, Fructose…”. It is literally nothing but processed sugars. No wonder it says “Honey Sauce”.
Customer service is terrible place is dirty and smells I placed my order while the guy was picking my chicken next thing I know is the female took my chicken and gave it to a drive thru and had the audacity to ask me if he can give me legs and thighs for my brush in wings in the end I'm stuck waiting 30 minutes for my chicken worst customer service ever

I went to KFC to get wings for Superbowl. The wings are so small now. I also bought wings from Louisiana Fried Chicken and their wings are normal size not mini wings like KFC. KFC wings are good just tiny. Also they no longer sell the strawberry short cake which is disappointing. At least the guy helping me in the drive thru was really nice and patient.
The beyond chicken was horrible!IMPOSSIBLE is much better.
I have lived a two minute drive from this place for over 10 years and don’t ever come here. I’ve tried going 3 or 4 times in the last decade but when I walk into this place everything seems so old and run down, dirty and disgusting that I don’t even order anything, just walk out. There’s also almost never more then one car at the drive thru (and I drive by every day) so I’m not sure how’s they stay in business.
