By far one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever encountered.1. I waited in the drive thru for 24mins with only two cars in front of me.2. The man at the window was rude & seemed unclear of his duties or even how to speak to a human, let alone a customer.3. They tried to charge me more than double what the chicken sandwich meal cost. Then argued with me when I questioned it.4. I got home only to discover my sandwich was made with beef instead of chicken, no tomato, mayo (not supposed to be on the sandwich) EVERYWHERE, and an extra random top side of a bun in the middle.Thanks but I'll just hit ANY OTHER fast food joint on Reseda Blvd in the future.
I just had probably the best experience I've ever had at a fast food place.I went through the drive thru and Daniel was the one at the window and let me just tell you, this guy was awesome! He has a great sense of humor and what I appreciate the most is that he isn't jaded and isn't one of those people who hate their job and take it out on you. No, this guy was funny as hell and extremely helpful and attentive to my extremely complicated order.You all should go to this Jack in the Box just to have a few laughs with him. He's there every day - except Monday and Tuesday hahaWHOEVER IS THE MANAGER OF THIS JACK IN THE BOX: DANIEL DESERVES A PROMOTION AND A RAISE.
Their curly fries is the best. Their breakfast menu are superb,all taste great.
This particular Jack in the box, as other fast food, and restaurant's accept EBT, Yes you read right food stamps and cash. Something that should be nationally imposed. California has been doing it for a long time.
Good service, well prepared &fast service. Overall a good place for a quick lunch. Will go again.
Horrible customer service. I just went through the drive through. The women working was rude as hell. How you gonna work at fast food customer service and be rude to people ordering. I asked for spicy chicken with my salad and she said they don’t do that ! LolI have been going to jack in the box for years. I have always ordered that. She was just lazy or do not care about the company they work for. Who does that. How do you except to make income if employees don’t care about where they work. Joke! How works fast food and thinks they are entitled! It’s not my fault you can’t do anything else! The manager should be fired ! The customer is the one paying! Not the person taking the order.
Almost perfect ... The food was made perfectly!I was so disappointed though because my tacos were so perfectly made but I ordered tordered 2 orders which would have been 4 tacos I only got 2 so the person that took my order when I said 2 orders of tacos Must have thought I only wanted 2 tacos. I don't do fast food very often but I was impressed as the last 3 times I've been to other jack-in-the-boxes the tacos were got awful I asked for extra lettuce and then I get no meat I can't praise this location enough the food prepared and in the bag actually looked like it could be in an ad.
Made us park and forgot our drinks. Has to walk back to the window, where they trybro give me the wrong drink... w9w talking about having a good shift.
Their tacos are so wrong but so right. 2 for a dollar can't beat it.
I live on Jack in the Box fast and convenient for Breakfast or lunch or dinner or your late night munchies..... I'm here normally 2 times a day sometimes 3 or 4....
